It’s been too long since I’ve last posted a cooking reel. But when @canadabeefasia invited me to cook and join a Masterclass by @chefjayps at @enderuncolleges, I couldn’t resist (even if I was in heels 😅). Slightly intimated as most were cooks & chefs but my partner @zfipm and I did great! Di ba Chef @kimyumol? 😉

But seriously, Canada Beef is top-notch and even I couldn’t mess it up. Its premium, grain-fed beef brings out the tenderness, juiciness, and consistency in every bite. 😋

Breastfeeding is super natural. 🤱🏻

I’m a breastfeeding advocate and have breastfed my three older kids for over a year each. To maintain my milk stash, aside from having a pumping schedule when I’m out, I also pump while my baby is latched. I tried the @naim.philippines Hospital-Grade Breastpump from @babymama.ph for two months, mainly in the mornings before work since I take my main pump with me.

Here’s my review: The Naim pump is really convenient because it’s wearable and has no wires. I can even pump while semi-lying down. It gives great output with suction up to 300mmHg with 3 modes and 9 levels, even as a single pump. The only downside is that it has seven parts to clean, some of which are small.

I also can’t stop munching @avas_kitchen crostinis with their spreads and treats from @mamachows which help boost my milk supply. 😋

I could spend hours...

Talking, eating, and having a great time with other moms at @cafemarygrace to celebrate Mother’s Day early. We made our own flower bouquets and wrote notes to each other.

I even had a nice chat with Mary Grace Dimacali herself about being a mom with 4 kids (she has 5) and juggling work. It was inspiring to hear her story and how she was able to grow Mary Grace with the help of her kids.

Keeping my baby’s things clean is non-negotiable.

What I want for Mother’s Day?

To have a clean house without lifting a finger! Thanks to @sprucecleaningservices for giving me the gift of time and relaxation this Mother’s Day! Their amazing team took care of all the dusting, vacuuming, and organizing, leaving my home sparkling clean.

347,547 ml of Liquid Gold 🍼

I began my breastfeeding journey almost 12 years ago and it wasn’t easy. I struggled, battled mastitis (bleeding and all), and almost gave up. I only got my first Medela Swing Maxi from @theparentingemporium when my eldest was already 6 months old. That pump became witness to my 6-year breastfeeding journey.

I was blessed to breastfeed my three older kids for over a year each, stopping only because I got pregnant again. I never had overflowing milk but I was consistent and diligent in direct feeding at night and pumping during the day. I pumped in between unli-latch feedings, at work even during meetings, while traveling, and everywhere. My @medela_philippines pump was with me through every child, carefully serviced, stored, then brought out again when it was needed. I thought I had packed it away for good in 2019.

When I found out I was pregnant again last year, I messaged @bnfeliciano to have my old breast pump serviced. She was one of the first to know about Baby 4. I visited TPE, where they checked my 11-year-old pump and it still worked with great suction! Still, I knew it was time to upgrade.

Now with the newest Medela Swing Maxi, I’m again pouring love and time into this journey with my 4th child, one drop at a time.

12,232 ounces of liquid gold pumped from my old Medela … and now 260 bags of 4-5 ounces with my new Medela Swing Maxi. Every ounce filled with love. 🤎🤎🤎

I’m not only a mom…

Finding joy in diaper changes. 💛

It’s been awhile since I posted coz life has been lifeing. I’ve been back to work the past 2 weeks since my maternity leave’s over but grateful for these quiet mornings of diaper changes as I know these moments go by really fast.

Tried out @babymobyph as I love their large cotton balls but I didn’t know they had other baby essentials too. Let me just say, they’ve made diaper changing a lot easier. by @inaday.ph

5 Steps to Glowing Skin ✨

I tried @carenology.ph and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Carenology means care + knowledge and was founded by a top Korean 🇰🇷 dermatologist back in 1995.

NGL, I have always been intimidated by Korean skincare because of the 10-step routine. But the Moroccan blue tansy flowers in the Re:Blue line really made my skin plump, dewy, and glowing in just 5-steps. You can zoom in the video to see my bare-face for yourself. 😉
