After years in the works, we are so excited to finally announce our big news! 🥂🪏

We have started the beginning stages of building with @pkconstructioninc for the next chapter at Inasphere Wines 🍷 🔨 Construction of a new winery building has officially started and will be opening Spring 2027.

Follow along for updates throughout the process. We hope you’re just as excited as we are to see these plans coming to life!

Celebrate the end of summer and the long weekend at the winery this weekend! ☀️

We have live music both Friday and Sunday from 2-5! Even more chance to come out and sip your favourite wine before the end of the weekend🍷Sunday will be our last live music event of this season, so you won’t want to miss it🎼

You can also find us at the @portrowanfarmersmarket today from 3-6 to grab all your fresh fruit and veggies heading into the weekend, or stop by our roadside stand where we have canning tomatoes, Romas, and peppers as well! 🍅🫑

Saturday night, we will be pouring our wine, sangria, and slushies at the @sandpines Kim Mitchell concert in Port Rowan, hosted by @jrdigstagram !

We are in the peak of tomato canning season.

San Marzano Romas are now available. These are a pasty tomato that is incredible for sauce. The high flesh to water ratio makes them faster for boiling down and less watery.
It’s a much shorter season than our field tomatoes so don’t wait on them!

Also available are:

🧅 onions red and Spanish
🫑 peppers
🧄 garlic
🍅 and of course our field tomatoes ( great for salsa, stewed tomatoes, soup, juice etc)

I’m picky about the produce that goes into my jars, and these are the only onions I use for our Pickled Red Onions. Fresh, local and absolutely beautiful every single time. 🩷

Tangy, a little sweet and SO good on burgers, tacos, sandwiches, salads, charcuterie… or straight from the jar.
