Six months after opening
our first dessert shop in Cypress, CA.....
After searching about a year and a half,
we finally found our "Baking Room".

From the magical moments we first discovered
this space, to the surreal realization that it would
become our store… From the nerve-wracking
days of waiting, through the whirlwind
of construction, and finally to the night before
opening—so much has happened.

Now, six months later, we’ve already experienced
so much, yet we know there’s so much more to come.
Here’s to all the sweet moments and exciting times ahead.

"Thank you to everyone who has visited Baking Room. Your support means so much to us, and we can't wait to welcome you again!" Let’s keep going strong! taken in Baking Room by @inbakingroom

It’s been a year since I promised myself that one day I would create a menu just for Baking Room. Finally, thanks to our talented artist @hae_jean_ ✨,
I now have the menu I always dreamed of—something that can even be used like a decorative piece.
Instead of listing every product with prices and detailed descriptions,
I wanted a menu that feels like a painting for a big frame.

The soothing sounds of slicing and wrapping chewy rolls.
🎵🎶
I can tell when a chewy roll is perfectly firm and beautifully rolled just by holding it…!
