Are you ready to remember what you know?
The ancient truth + wisdom that lives 𝙄𝙉𝘽𝙊𝘿𝙔

POSTS STORIES REELS

Let’s just start by saying, there are no words that could properly articulate this living prayer.

Yet, I am willing to fail trying. 🤍

We have journeyed through Inbodied Birth, Inbodied Remembering, Inbodied Revelation and for our fourth year we are journeying through the frequency of Inbodied Union.

Union asks all of you. Because that’s what Union is, your WHOLE self illuminated, accepted, loved and directly experienced. The limited perspective that your whole self ends at the end of your own body….. dissolves.

Our human eyes lids are invited to close so our true eyes of heart can open, and we remember that there is no beginning nor end to who and what we truly are.

14 women for 11 weeks, walking a path of devotion in sisterhood together.

Devotion to what?
Union. True nature. The heart of our very being.

Invited to love the parts of ourselves and another 🪞 that are asking for and needing our love + acceptance.

Called and invited by the Sacred and Ancient lands of Peru. We bow to you, and all you have awoken in each of us. Añay 🙏🏽🇵🇪

A journey woven in love, integrity, reciprocity, reverence and absolute awe, wonder. And deep deep deep devotion.

With the intention at the center of our collective heart to leave every person, every place and every moment better than we found it. So fully receiving from these lands, people and culture, and also giving back and in service to.

Every woman a living prayer, together co-creating a more coherent world by way of our practice, our presence, our attention.

For the benefit of all beings everywhere.

May we remember we are all one family here——
The trees, the roots, the waters, the mountains, the animals, the people. One living ecosystem.

May heaven become ever more earthed;
In and through each of us—-

This is IN-bodied UNION,
Heaven on earth, baby.

Jai Ma! 🪷🤍

The beautiful tapestry of Inbodied is woven by every woman who arrives at her altar, every woman who hears the whispers, hears the calls of her inner truth wanting to come more alive in and through her body.

This sisterhood is not woven by just one person or a few. It is made up of the essence and the medicine of every woman who answers this call and chooses to honor and integrate it.

We deeply bow to every woman who has ever arrived at the altar of Inbodied Truth, and we thank you for bringing your color, your flavor, your medicine, your heart alive in this living, breathing womb.

Living liberated while IN BODY —- this is the heart beat of Inbodied Truth.

Sisterhood is not just a noun, sisterhood is not just an ideal, it is a verb.

This tapestry of sisterhood continues weaving not just by how we show up in a retreat together, but how we choose to show up and weave the medicine of sisterhood in our daily lives with ourselves and with the women in our world.

Thank you sisters for showing up as weavers of this sisterhood.

We love you SO MUCH 🌹
Forever meeting you on the dance floor.

To join us in weaving this tapestry of sisterhood around the globe comment “UNION” to learn about our upcoming journey to Peru by @inbodiedtruth

One the eve of my birthday my heart is swollen with tender tears of awe of the majesty of this life

Found in many forms
Many colors
And walks of all kind

I pray that my life can continue being a genuine offering in support remembering our innate unity and beauty.

One that profoundly leaves this place better than I found it.
One that continues allowing itself to be humbled, to sit deeper in the depths of humility to serve something greater than her.

My heart beats for the empowerment and support, of the children for they carry the seeds of our brilliant future.

And yet the children don’t do as we say.
They do as we do.

in this season now, I know there is a real opportunity of liberating the hearts of those who are stewarding and guiding the next generation into its flowering.

Our liberated love
Creative expression
Purpose for service
Relationship with the Earth & Natural world
Is essential, for the health of our future & way showers of future generations.

So let us come home to the majesty of our undefended hearts and let life make medicine of us. For the benefit of all beings everywhere.

This is my prayer
My heart
My everything.

♥️

These photos and videos are from last 11 week devotional journey I guided & co-lead with a team of phenomenal women. The journey was called Inbodied Union, coming home to the innate unity with everyone and everything from the seat od the heart. Receiving from the magical lands of Peru, and also in service to a community living up in the mountains of Pisac. Bringing a generous flourish of goodies for all the kiddos.

This moment opened my eyes to what I’m truly here for.
The braiding , uniting of cultures by way of unconditional love and service.

🧬

If this calls to you, I am hosting a free online gathering on Oct 29th called MUCHNESS, where we get to explore breaking the spell of being too much, or too little and coming home to the natural organic expression of our truth.

I said what said 💁🏽‍♀️🫦🥀

I am in the business of miracles, and sisterhood just so happens to be the womb from which they are birthed

Sisterhood is a mirror of infinity
Inviting us to remember and liberate the many textures & flavors of self

Sisterhood is am amplifier that illuminates what you are carrying within your heart and womb

So long as women treat women as the competition or threat, the flow of creation will be kinked

Sisterhood will illuminate the kinks, to liberate the love

We are the source from and through which the love of creation flows

💧

You want to know the creative potential you’re really made of? Get in a circle of sisters willing to f*ck around and find out what happens when the soil & creative seeds within their womb are given their undivided devotion

May this love creatively birth a new reality

🌹

We are gathering!
Oct 29th 4-6pm PST
For MUCHNESS
Come get a taste of this sisterhood & OUR creative potential together

Last night we had our final integration session of INBODIED UNION——-

An devotional journey of turning within, tuning the instrument that we are and meeting God in the mirror of another sister 🪞, and in the mirror of the Earth.

14 women, walking alongside eachother for 11 weeks. With the intention of liberating the Love that we are, coming home to Union, unity with everyone , everything, as fragments, expressions, pieces of our eternal Self.

Women who chose the full plunge into the depths of themselves & the majesty of existence, over and over and over again.

Women who allowed themselves to be witnessed, seen and loved in their butt naked raw honesty and truth.

Women who let themselves and remembered how exquisite PLAY is and feels.

And what is possible to co-create, when like minded , like hearted women gather.

Absolute MAGIC & MEDICINE. 💛

As we honor the completion and ending of one chapter with our whole hearts, allowing the integration to continue.. moment by moment, breath by breath, interaction by interaction, choice by choice…

We know and feel….
This is only the beginning ✨🚪✨ by @inbodiedtruth

My whole entire heart beats for creating environments where honest truth can be unveiled, revealed , expressed and witnessed.

The path of liberation. 🕊️

The truth beneath the half truth
The one that you’d never thought you’d share
The one that has never felt safe to be witnessed because once upon a time it was rejected
The truth your mom called disgusting
The truth your dad wasn’t around to witness
The truth you’ve been white knuckling to hold within because it would ruin everything and humiliate you
The truth that is silly and edgy
The one that may not feel like much of anything but you’ve never shared with someone before
The one you don’t even know wants to be expressed until…. Well you do and it does

I don’t have attachment to that happening or expectation that it must, Infact this distorts the field, it’s felt, and when present less does truth feel safe to emerge

It is a practice of resting in total surrender
Resting in the love that we are and trusting the intelligence of the moment to bring forth what is ready to be brought forth. With no rush, agenda or need for it to be any other way that what it actually is.

If I’ve learned anything on my journey earthside time and time again is is that truth naturally rises to the surface when it feels safe enough to crawl out of hiding

The journey of birthing and walking out @inbodiedtruth into the world has carved out a woman of me that little me always dreamed of being. The woman little me needed and still does.

It is little me, Kaitlynn, who has taught Simone how to be herself by asking for what she needs and allowing me, Simone to become it. 🪷

For the benefit of all beings.

The pathway home is found right here in our humanity. May we find ourselves to relationships and spaces that know this, and help us remember this.

That all the moment really ever needs… is our honesty.

Inbodied Union sisters, my deepest bow to you.
Thank you for serving up the juiciest golden medicine of HEART.

I am because you are.

💛

INBODIED 🌹 UNION |

Not a one off retreat experience
Inbodied Union is an eternal reality, available in every moment should we turn our attention to her

Inbodied Union is the eternal flame of the heart, beckoning us home
Singing us into remembrance

That we are the love we are looking for ❤️‍🔥

Inbodied Union isn’t a new reality
We aren’t birthing a new future
We are birthing an ancient one.

One of absolute coherency and harmony, circled up around one central fire, of heart. 🧬

Inbodied Union can also be expressed as Heaven on Earth
It is the path of devotion that EARTHS the LOVE that we are blasting open the doors of possibility of LIVING LIBERATED, while INBODIED. 🪷

Not an over night
One week in Peru
Kind of practice.

It’s a life’s path and conscious choice in every moment.
Please let us be Love.

My deepest bow to the women who so courageously arrived and fully showed up in this ancient circle.

I am, because you are.

Xo,
Inbodied Truth

It has been a tender morning. It has truly felt as if my (Simone) & Inbodied Truth’s water just broke as we arrive to our opening ceremony tomorrow.

I have never known a devotion like this, until the frequency of Inbodied Union began to bloom in my heart.

It was about a year ago now I received the frequency for this journey, that it would be Union.

And the thing about Union is, it is the ultimate reality, the fierce flame of love that WE ARE, that consumes and swallows all that is not or is pretending to be love, until true nature is completely restored.

This is what this last year has been. And so too, for every woman who has offered her yes to this altar.

Here’s to living from the most tender raw naked and vulnerable seat of power within.

We have 2 spots left if you are on the cliffs edge of this gush of heart. Comment Union to book your discovery call and claim your spot babe 🌹 by @inbodiedtruth

To live in a world living in unity we must practice living in unity

In collaboration
Co-creation
With one another

Our upcoming journey, beginning Saturday, this is the practice , to turn within and towards one another to weave a new (ancient) prayer and song

That of Oneness

Our next octave of leadership is the inbodiment of our artistry in collaboration with one another

🌈🍯 ooooooo how good can it get!!!!

We’re about to find out
Comment “Union” to snag one of the last spots in this circle by @inbodiedtruth

This circle from the beginning has been co-woven by a tribe of sisters

Saying yes to Inbodied Union is a different kind of yes.

It is a yes of pure illumination.
Illuminating every part of our inner world, through our outer reality. Where we are in coherence with our true, whole self, and where we are fragmented.

Where we sit sovereign in our power and where we give our power away to external circumstances.

The opportunity of union… is our innate freedom. The remembrance that we need not anything on the outside to be any different than exactly what it is to be free.

This is an inside choice.
And lifelong practice.

These are the women who have not only said yes to their own heart and path of Union, but have been called forth and have offered their yes to serve this journey of Union.

To be a sister in the deep.
In the depth of her practice and heart, as a mirror, pillow and loving invitation of love.

In service to Divine Love.
In service to Liberation.
In service as a vessel of The Mother.
A vessel of miracles and Truth.
Devoted to true sacred sisterhood.
Sisters in your corner— in depth and heights, walking along side you. 🪽

We’ll meet you on the dance floor, with so much love

Comment “Union” to join this love fest 🌹 by @inbodiedtruth

Within the 11 weeks of walking together you will be invited into deeper relationship with the Earth.

As a guide, as a teacher and beloved Mother.

Many people travel to Peru instead search of something to get and experience.

And while there will be plenty we receive and experience— we are going with the heart and intention of leaving her better than we found her.

Offering prayers and intention long long before we arrive on these sacred lands.

Where we will be served.
And we will also be in service to, by way of deep listening, and connecting with Elders and children who reside here long before we arrive and after we leave.

The path of Union is one of reciprocity.
Let us remember
