Six months ago, we pitched an idea to British Airways, Founding Partner of Olympia. What if passengers travelling to Tokyo could enjoy a taste of Wolves of Tokyo, our new contemporary Japanese restaurant at Olympia London, at 35,000 feet? Today, that idea has become a reality. Business class customers travelling to Tokyo can enjoy a bespoke menu from Wolves of Tokyo, created in collaboration with the culinary team at British Airways. Bringing our bold, fresh perspective on contemporary Japanese dining onboard one of the world’s most iconic airlines is a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. Today we’re unveiling a new look for Incipio Group. Over the last few years, we’ve grown from a collection of individual venues into a hospitality group united by a shared belief: that great hospitality starts with creating places people genuinely want to spend time in. From everyday concepts, destination venues, signature restaurants and to our new portfolio at Olympia, this rebrand reflects who we are today and the direction we’re heading in. At the heart of it is a simple idea: Bigger, Bolder Hospitality. For us, that means creating brands with real personality, building experiences that people remember, and continually pushing ourselves to think differently about what hospitality can be. It’s about creating places that bring people together. Places that become part of the fabric of a neighbourhood, a city or a destination. Today, we can finally share that our next chapter has begun, with bookings now officially open for our four new restaurants and bars opening at Olympia next month. Lillie’s: An elegant wine bar and restaurant centred around British small plates, English sparkling wine and relaxed rooftop dining. Wolves Of Tokyo: A Japanese restaurant and rooftop bar inspired by the electric energy of Tokyo after dark, serving bold dishes, cocktails and immersive late-night atmosphere. Bar Arriba: A vibrant Mexican-inspired rooftop bar bringing exciting flavours, late-night cocktails and golden hour DJ sets.Arbour: A lively food hall and bar designed for all-day eating and drinking, bringing together a mix of food traders and a buzzing atmosphere. On Monday, we closed all of our venues to bring our teams together for a well deserved Team Party & Awards night at Ministry of Sound. Our Late Night in Tokyo themed celebration went down an absolute treat, with 85% of the team showing up and truly turning it out. The energy was palpable, a genuine celebration of one another. This is Incipio’s culture. A heartfelt thank you to all of our partners and suppliers for supporting our awards through your generous sponsorship, and a very special thank you to our partners at FUNKIN COCKTAILS for genuinely understanding what team spirit is all about, bringing people together. That, to us, is the true meaning of hospitality. It was a special sight to see our fantastic teams come together in true camaraderie.
