Settle into a suspended aerial hammock, gently cocooned in comfort, as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and other therapeutic instruments wash over you.

This deeply restorative sound bath is designed to help quiet the mind, soften the nervous system, release tension and create space for true rest.

Prefer to stay grounded? Floor spaces are also available, with mats provided.

Little Tahoe Creators: Ages 3-4 ; 4:00 pm- 4:45 pm
Tahoe Young Artists: Ages: 5-8; 5:00 pm- 6:00 pm
Tuesdays, October 13 – December 15 (no session October 27 & November 24)
Location: Recreation Center Zone Room
Fee: $150, $120 w/ IVGID Pass

About the instructor: Riley Chapman is an experienced educator, mindfulness coach, and certified art therapy practitioner who loves helping children explore their creativity. Riley has taught art, language, and enrichment programs for children from TK through 6th grade. A Tahoe community volunteer and outdoor enthusiast, Riley enjoys connecting children with nature through hands-on creative experiences. by @inclinerecreation

🚲 Celebrating the Holman Family Bike Park & Rive Family Pump Track! 🎉 It was a wonderful day celebrating this exciting new community amenity and everyone who helped bring this project to life.

A huge thank you to The Holman Family, The Rive Family, Incline-Tahoe Foundation, Tahoe Community Foundation, and all of the many local families who generously donated and helped make this amazing community asset possible.

Thanks to American Ramp Company, Action Sports Construction, 2 Crazy Gardeners Landscaping, FW Carson Co., and RamCraft Customs for their outstanding work in completing this project.

We’d also like to recognize and thank the IVGID Public Works Engineering Team for their hard work and coordination throughout the project.

And a special thank you to Elko James for his vision and dedication from the beginning!!!

🍦Stop by the IVGID/Diamond Peak table at the Washoe County Sheriff's Office Ice Cream Social at Village Green on Saturday, September 26, 11am-2pm for games, stickers, information and IVGID Magazines!

Meet members of the Sheriff’s Office and other organizations that serve our community. The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office will bring several of their special units and provide free Handel’s ice cream (while supplies last). The Adult Mountain & E-Biking Ride program continues through September on Wednesday mornings. The rides are guided by a Local expert, Laine Fuller, who knows the trails, terrain and hidden gems around Tahoe. Pre-register at InclineRecreation.com or at the Rec Center for the final ride for the season by this Monday at 5pm.
