Tom and I entered our amuse-bouche era and we don’t think the judges were ready for it !

For this event, brisket was an ancillary category they called it “Anything Brisket” and supplied it to us.

We had a small error with our brisket grilled cheese submission.

We originally planned to make grilled cheese with pimento cheese, a top-secret award-winning mustard sauce, and brisket.
Our griddle got too hot and things got extra toasty too quick.

We ended up creating an amuse-bouche and deconstructed it on a spoon for our turn-in.

We walked it to turn and EARNED a very proud DAL!!!! Rumor was our dish and baffled the judges. Glad we turned in a brain teaser cause we are not even sure how we solved it ourselves!! :-P #failure #funny #bbqlife #kidsqeveryq #youhadtobehere by @inclusivebbqinc
