well hello fellas👋🏽
.
I'm going to write a review of a book from Sarah Benwell titled "The Last Leave Falling" 🌿🍃
.
.
➡️➡️slides for the synopsis➡️➡️
.
Firstly, I really want to recommend this book to ya all because this book will leave the sight of pathetic, sad, inspire impressions when you read it!
Next, the good things come from this novel is that this novel will tell you the value of life then you'll realize that your life's worth.
.
what was good about this book is the friendship shown by Sora, Mai and Kaito. even they began their meeting at Online chatroom but the friendship they're showing is very tight. the way Mai & Kaito care for Sora, asks Sora out to cafetaria, asks about Sora's condition even they're right beside Sora in his last breath. Oh! don't forget about Sora's mom! her love for Sora in the storylines are everlastingㅠㅠ moreover, what makes this story interesting is that the story takes place in Japan which the author includes some Japanese terms like Ojiisan (grandfather), Bonsai (Tray plantings), Bakeneko (Catlike supernatural creature) and so on. Furthermore, When you read this book, you'll feel Sora's spirit to die peacefully with their loved ones and finally he can make it true😢 (Spoiler!).
.
what was not good about the novel methinks that Sora's mom and people around Sora were keep quiet when Sora asked something about the Death. in fact that Sora knows that he'll die soon but people around him just remain silent even only to answer Sora's question "What will happen after we died?".
.
thus, this book also provides poems/poetry (since Sora's hobby is reading) that will give more sad impression😔 and I just realize that ALS (Lou Gehrig) is kind of disease that people aware and give support by doing "Ice Bucket Challenge". So, don't forget to read this book! it's totally worth it!
rate; ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
