My new movies for 2025 list is here, 122 in total! Some wonderful watches made it into my all time favourites, including Seven Samurai, Nirvana The Band The Show The Movie, A Poet, and The Ballad of Wallis Island. I can not stop thinking about Safe either. However, Bugonia was my pick of the year - what. a. movie!

And usually I give an honourable mention to my favourite show this year, which undeniable goes to The Chair Company 🪑🔴

What were your favs in 2025?

In case you want to join in for 2026 - you can track all your watches using the @letterboxd diary!

Well it's that time of year again... well yes NYE, but also time to share this year's new watches.

I think this is my fourth year, using @letterboxd to track the new movies I watch each year. I managed 99 this year, and considering April and May were a write off due to very good reasons 👰🤵 , I'm pretty happy with the result!

"Before Sunrise" and "The Substance" were standouts for me, and just an incredible delight. And a little dip into the Giallo genre was an interesting trip!

Some of the greatest episodes of television I saw were part of The Bear and The Curse, so I had to throw in some honourable mentions!

What were some of your fav films or series that you saw in 2024?

P.s. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year, I hope 2025 is full of lots of adventures and inspiring watches! 🥳 by @indi_pops

Hurrah!! Finally getting a chance to post my newly watched movies of 2023! (2024 has been a whirlwind already!).

This is my third year tracking the new films I've seen, and it was another successful one. 120 new movies, beating last year's 117. December made up for April for sure 😅.

Movies with a * go in my favourite all time movies list.

Are you on @letterboxd? I'd love to follow you if so!

Yes, I hadn't watched Lord of the Rings properly all the way through, and yes, Sam wins and Frodo makes me mad.

April - honourable shout-out to Succession, watched the entire series, the acting is 👌💋

I made a thing. We had a White Elephant Gift Exchange at work, so I decided to try and make a little Heihei for it! I was so happy how it came out!

Few images of it baked, another image of it pre-bake and swipe to the end for a rather trusting moment with @what.a.wally

@florentarnould got to keep it! 🎉🐔
