A small dream took root with the first rain of 2018.

On June 11, 2018, Indian Farmer began. Back then, there was no large team and no office. Only a passion for agriculture, determination to do something different, and a desire to deliver useful information to farmers.

Coincidentally, exactly eight years later, on June 11, 2026, we inaugurated our new office and completed another important milestone in this journey.

In 2020, we opened our first office in Karve, the same village where the journey had started. It gave us many memorable years, but as the team grew, so did the challenges of building a larger organization from a rural setup.

That led us to Pune.

In 2024, we moved to an office in Baner. It helped us grow, but somewhere along the way, we felt the need for a space that reflected our own creative energy and way of working. We needed a place where ideas could move freely, collaboration could flourish. That vision became our new office.

A dedicated podcast studio, creative workspaces for the team, and a place built with the future in mind.

The inauguration of the new office was made even more special by the presence of many fellow travelers, partners, friends, and creators. Companies we have worked with, brands we have collaborated with, and people who have supported us throughout this journey all became witnesses to this moment.

But the most important part of this journey has always been the farmers and the people who chose to trust us. Looking back, eight years have passed in what feels like the blink of an eye, and a new chapter has now begun.

With this new office comes renewed determination to create better ideas, better content and even more meaningful work for the agriculture sector.

The journey is still ongoing. The dreams are still big. by @indianfarmer

Over the years, so many conversations with farmers have left us thinking, “There has to be a better way to do this.”

We’ve been working to turn that thought into something real. And soon, we’ll finally get to share it with you🌱👀 by @indianfarmer

AgriCon Horticonnect Exhibition in Bengaluru was unlike any agriculture exhibition I’ve seen before🌱

We spent the entire day at the exhibition on October 1st.

From world-class greenhouse and polyhouse technology to horticulture, protected farming, and farm machinery, there was so much to explore.

The global presence was impressive too, with companies from across the world, including the Netherlands Pavilion.

One of the best parts was meeting farmers from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and beyond, and exchanging experiences with them.

Two days of exploring new technology, meeting farmers, and learning a lot along the way.

Here are a few moments from the event 📸🌱 by @indianfarmer
