SHOUT OUT TO @rate_official

Indie Fest is about more than fashion, music and art. It’s about creating opportunities, building stronger communities and giving people access to resources that can change their lives.

That’s why we’re proud to have Rate Mortgage supporting Indie Fest and our independent creative community.

Rate is helping people take steps toward homeownership through programs and resources designed to make buying a home more accessible — from low down payment options and down payment assistance to programs for first-time homebuyers, veterans and families working toward owning a home.

Because building community isn’t just about what happens on the stage. It’s about helping people build stability, ownership and something they can pass down.

Thank you @rate_official @mortgage_queenb @titoatrate for supporting independent creatives and investing in the communities we represent.
