Nose Party | Fresh Hop West Coast IPA 7.1%
Brewed with same-day harvest to brew Strata fresh hops from our friends in Oregon @indiehops and @colemanagriculture this West Coast IPA turns up the party senses with huge aromas and flavors of evergreen and ripe berries complimented by a clean fruity undertone from the added Mosaic and Simcoe. One sniff and your nose says “hey bud, let’s party!” And we think that party continues all the way through the pint. Now on tap at both locations, come smell, come drink, come party!🍻🌮 by @indiehops

This is what hop harvest looks like from the driver’s seat. Ride along from the hop picker to the field and back again. Each round trip took about 15 minutes, but we sped things up for you.

Hop Harvest!! Thanks to Indie Hops and Goschie Farms for hosting Dean Staci Simonich for hop harvest.

Farm crews were in full swing harvesting Luminosa®️ hops, a new varietal introduced by Indie Hops in 2022 and bred at OSU by hop breeder Shaun Townsend. In addition to commercial hop harvest, Dr. Townsend and OSU students harvested experimental hops from an Indie Hops research plot located at Goschie Farms.

This partnership highlights university research in partnership with Portland-based Indie Hops to develop distinctive new hop varieties for the craft brewing community. A flavorful endeavor, from seed to sip! 🍻 by @indiehops

Thelma just landed. 🌿🍺

Our fresh hop companion to Louise is officially on tap — Thelma Lórien Fresh Hop West Coast Pilsner, brewed with fresh Oregon @goschiefarms Lórien hops for a bright, crisp, beautifully hoppy taste of harvest season.

And she brought friends.

We have THREE fresh hop beers pouring this weekend — including one very small-batch secret beer. 👀

Fresh hop season doesn’t last long. Come taste Oregon while it’s fresh.

Welcome to the adventure, Thelma. 💚 by @indiehops

This is a Luminosa fresh hop West Coast pilsner from @littlebeastbrewing. The hops offer a tremendous blast of orange creamsicle, but it’s very soft. Finishes with a kiss of green chlorophyll to emphasis#ze its freshness. I think this is a good year for Luminosa, @indiehops!
