Feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve as a mindfulness coach for our TK–5th grade students. 💛

Watching young minds learn how to pause, breathe, recognize their emotions, and build confidence has been one of the most rewarding experiences. Every smile, thoughtful reflection, and moment of growth reminds me of the power of mindfulness in helping children thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Thank you to the students, families, teachers, and staff who make this work so meaningful. It is an honor to support these amazing young learners as they develop skills that will benefit them for years to come.

We gathered within the lotus dome—weaved with cacao and black sage, guided through movement, and softened into stillness with a sound bath that echoed our intentions through earth and ether. Medicine all around.
