Night School is back in session Aug. 5 ✏️📗Register at the link in our bio. 🔗In a time when equity work is being questioned, politicized, and—in some spaces—quietly pushed aside, it’s easy to wonder: Is DEI still relevant? The answer is a resounding yes. In this timely and thought-provoking talk, Karen M.R. Townsend, Ph.D. reminds us that at the heart of DEI is not policy or politics—but people. Drawing on real-world examples, historical context, and her decades of experience helping leaders create spaces where everyone can thrive, she explores why this work still matters—and how we can continue to move it forward with confidence, clarity, and compassion. This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about honoring humanity. And if we’re willing to show up—even when it’s hard—we can still make meaningful change. Because people STILL matter. #daytoninspires #daytonohioevents by @indigolifemedia
