We are back with a special monthly offering for Mums & their babies 🤍

I’m so excited to be collaborating with the wonderful Mandy of Indigo Moon Herts once again to bring you our Nurture Harmonics Sanctuary Sessions - a monthly 2 hour exhale created just for mums and their babies.

This isn’t just a class
It’s a pause
A soft place to land
A moment where you are held too

Together we’ll weave:
✨ Gentle somatic movement & connection
✨ Soothing soundscapes & guided rest
✨ Mindful activities
✨ Affirmation cards
✨ Nourishing refreshments
✨ Real, honest mum community

Your baby is welcome exactly as they are - awake, feeding, restless, wriggling, chilled or sleeping.

And you are welcome exactly as you are - tired, touched out, radiant, emotional, strong or feeling quite the opposite. The is a place for you to just be - no performance is required - we’ve got you 🤍

These sessions are about deepening your bond with your baby…while remembering yourself at the same time 🫶🏼

We cannot wait to welcome you in the Apex room at the gorgeous Trestle Arts Base. There is free onsite parking and Fade to Black cafe also on site ☕️ please message with any questions or head to
