Thank you to @cbslarachel and the @CBSLA Morning Show Team for having @malinsworld and @alexisdominiique on this morning to close out Women’s History Month strong!💫💪🏾

Malinda’s transition from entertainment to technology is a true testament to growth and purpose. Her path shows what’s possible when experience meets curiosity, and when you use your platform to make real change.

Through her non-profit foundation @asforwomenorg, Malinda partners with HBCU’s to assist young women in gaining mentorship, skills, and connections to pursue careers in tech. 💻

We appreciate the chance to share her story and the impact she’s creating in the world of technology. Check out the link in bio to see the full segment.

@incmagazine Founders House was so fruitful!! Thoroughly enjoyed @traceeellisross conversation with @mhofman12 on @patternbeauty multimillion-dollar business model, grounded in intention, product rigor, and a clear understanding of her customer.

Looking forward to seeing the continued growth and the next chapter in 2026 and beyond!
