Well, the rain did not go away and it did not stop the buyers! Thank you so much to @johnccampbellfolkschool for always hosting the most lovely festival. It is always such a joy to come back every October!

Thank you to my wonderful collectors that braved the rain to see my pieces and to take a few originals home, some cards, a few mini landscape blocks, and more.

I am always humbled when someone says “ Yes, that needs to come home with me!”

When I create one of my pieces, I know that it’s for a specific person, I just don’t know who.

Fast forward to the last day of @tennesseecraft Fall festival, without making this super long, @reaganethomas was drawn to “Good Morning, a piece based on Pawley’s Island marshes.

She was more than drawn to it, she purchased itand it is now hanging in her lovely home in the PERFECT spot!

Regan thank you for making my last day of the festival awesome and for giving me the honor of displaying one of my pieces in your home.

I love when customers share where they have hung my pieces. I don’t think Cindy could have picked a better place!

My piece goes perfectly with the indigo/cutch pillows Cindy hand dyed. Meant to be together!!

In the words of my Gram, “Thank ya, thank ya, thank ya!” What an awesome festival! I’m just still so overwhelmed from this weekend!

This is one of my favorite pictures of me with my parents. If you know me, you know that the greatest honor for me is when someone says “You are so much like your mom!”

She was an absolutely incredible mom, wife, Grammie, Mimi, and Grandma Helen. There was nothing she couldn’t do. Even though it’s been almost 8 years since Jesus took her home, I miss her every single day!! by @indigorootstextiles

Update: 8 ornaments have been sold!!!

Alrighty, Fran and Taylor plus their crew are once again feeding communities of WNC! This time it’s for Thanksgiving!!

I need your help to provide 3 families full Thanksgiving spreads.

I have designed and hand crafted this limited edition WNC ornament as a way to raise the funds for each meal.

Each ornament is made from fabric that I have hand dyed using locally foraged plants, berries, flowers and regionally grown indigo.

Size: approximately 4”x2.5”
Qty: 22/30 left
Price: $40 ($30 to Fran and Taylor, $10 to me to cover materials and shipping)
Ship date: mid December
