First ones are always special… and yeah, we got humbled real quick. 😅

Months of training, clean eating, endless runs… and this wasn’t the timing we were chasing.
But that’s life, just at start of our learning curve.

Honestly, the timing aside, crossing that finish line together hit different with all that adrenaline, the exhaustion, the chaos and the cheers.

And not gonna lie… it could’ve been MUCH worse. 😂
After station 2&3, I was absolutely cooked. There was a point where I genuinely wanted to call it a day.

But my WIFE @raashidhameja ❤️
She kept pushing me when I had nothing left, reminding me why we started and how much we’d put into this. I don’t think I would’ve crossed that finish line without her.

& then our family — screaming our names at EVERY station, keeping us moving when our legs wanted to give up. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew.😎

And Coach @fitwithnaren — the man behind this whole journey.
He personalised this whole training and made it feel like it was all meant for us.
Without him, HYROX would have just been in our wishlist. @thedopamine_lab
