First of all, the cover is absolutely stunning! It gives off such a dark, intense, and mysterious vibe, making you curious about the story even before turning the first page. The title itself hints at a love story that might not be all about happiness and beautiful moments, but also about pain, secrets, obsession, and emotional chaos.

I love how the overall aesthetic feels both romantic and haunting at the same time. It gives the impression of a story where love might become as complicated as it is beautiful, and where every emotion comes with a price. The title, The Beginning of Hell, makes it even more intriguing because it leaves you wondering what could turn a love story into something so dark.

This definitely feels like the kind of book that promises intense emotions, complicated relationships, and plenty of drama. I’m really curious to discover what lies behind this beautiful yet unsettling cover. 🥀✨

A love story? Maybe. A fairytale? Probably not. 🖤

This book feels like a little reminder of how precious the smallest moments in life can be. 🥹 The bond between a father and his daughter is so beautifully captured through their bedtime conversations and little everyday moments.

What I love about this concept is how it shows that growing up isn’t just a journey for children, but for parents too. The little talks, bedtime stories, and moments that seem ordinary today slowly become memories we wish we could hold on to forever.

It’s such a warm and heartfelt read, and I think it will especially touch readers who love emotional stories about family and relationships. Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments that mean the most. 🤍🌙

A gentle reminder to cherish our people while we can. ✨

Some books take us to places we may never have visited, while introducing us to stories that truly deserve to be heard. 💙

This book explores a remarkable journey of public health, community participation, and resilience. Set against the backdrop of beautiful island life, the book brings attention to an achievement that goes beyond the scenery and highlights the importance of collective effort in creating meaningful change.

What makes this book particularly interesting is its focus on a real-life story that connects people, healthcare, and hope. It reminds us that behind every significant achievement, there are communities, dedicated efforts, and stories worth sharing.

I think this is a meaningful read for anyone interested in real-life stories, public health, and inspiring journeys of social change. Sometimes, the most powerful stories are the ones that show us what people can achieve together. 🌴✨

A book that brings an important story from the islands into the spotlight! 🤍

This was such a soft and reflective read 🤍 I really liked how the book explores love, healing, self-discovery and the little changes we go through while growing as a person. The writing is simple but still manages to carry a lot of emotion. Some parts felt really comforting and made me pause and think about my own experiences too. I also loved the idea of transformation and how it doesn’t always have to be something big or dramatic. Sometimes, growth happens quietly, little by little. Overall, a beautiful and calming read that I’d recommend to anyone who enjoys emotional and introspective poetry. 🌸✨
I also loved the symbolism of fire throughout the book. It represents both destruction and transformation, which makes the journey feel even more meaningful. The book reminded me that sometimes the difficult phases of life can shape us in ways we don’t realise at the moment.

The writing is simple, emotional and easy to connect with, and I found myself highlighting a few thoughts along the way. Overall, this was a beautiful read for anyone who enjoys poetry, introspective writing and stories about becoming, healing and finding your own strength. 🌸🔥

I really loved The Correspondent by @virginia.l.evans . 🤎 This was such a quiet, thoughtful and emotionally layered read. Instead of relying on a very fast plot, the story takes its time to explore human relationships, loneliness, love, grief and the comfort we sometimes find in the most unexpected connections.

What I loved most was the way correspondence becomes more than just letters. Through those words, the characters slowly reveal parts of themselves that they might not have been able to express otherwise. There’s something so intimate about getting to know someone through their thoughts, memories and little everyday observations, and I really enjoyed that aspect of the story.

The writing has a very gentle and reflective quality to it. There were moments that felt simple on the surface but stayed with me because of what they quietly conveyed about people and relationships. It’s definitely the kind of book you need to read at your own pace and actually sit with the emotions rather than rush through it.

I also really appreciated how the story focuses on the small things like conversations, memories, feelings and the little ways people show up for one another. It reminded me that meaningful connections don’t always have to be dramatic or extraordinary; sometimes, simply being heard and understood can mean everything.

And this edition deserves a special mention because it is GORGEOUS. 🥹📮 The vintage, stamp inspired design and the little illustrations on the edges fit the whole theme of the book so beautifully. It genuinely feels like holding a collection of letters in your hands.

Beyond Our Births is one of those books that makes you think about identity, belonging and what really makes a place feel like home. The story follows Nimki, who is abandoned near the India Bangladesh border at a young age and grows up with the Sengupta family in Kolkata. Although she has a roof over her head, she constantly struggles with feeling like she truly belongs.

What I really liked about the book is how Nimki’s journey becomes much more than just a search for her biological family. It is also a journey of discovering herself and understanding that our identity cannot always be defined by our birth, religion, family or the place we come from. Her experiences with displacement, class and belonging make the story quite emotional and thought provoking.

I especially liked the way the novel explores the difference between having a home and actually feeling at home. Nimki is given shelter, but the emotional acceptance she longs for remains difficult to find. As the story moves between Kolkata and the India Bangladesh borderlands, her idea of home keeps changing too.

The writing is detailed and lyrical, with a lot of attention to everyday life, relationships and the places Nimki moves through. At times, the story felt heavy because of the themes it deals with, but that also made Nimki’s journey feel more meaningful.

Overall, I found Beyond Our Births to be a moving literary coming of age story about identity, displacement, family, belonging and finding your own sense of self. It reminded me that where we begin may shape us, but it doesn’t necessarily decide who we become. 🤍

It’s a collection of short stories that feels simple yet quietly emotional. I loved how each story captures those little moments, relationships and feelings that are often left unsaid. Some stories stayed with me more than others, but overall, it was a comforting and thoughtful read.

The writing is easy to get into, and the stories feel very human and relatable. Definitely a book to pick up when you’re in the mood for something short, reflective and heartfelt. 📖✨

This was actually my first time reading a Hindi book, and it was such a different experience for me. ❤️ I usually read books in English, so picking up Trampoline felt like stepping a little outside my usual reading comfort zone.

What caught my attention was that the story is inspired by a true incident. The combination of adventure, emotion and the intriguing setting made it an interesting read. I also loved how the story has a very visual and imaginative feel to it.

Overall, I’m glad this was my first Hindi read. It introduced me to a different side of literature and made me want to explore more Hindi books. 📖✨

I’d say this was such a cute and easy romance read! 💗 I really liked the whole idea of finding love through unexpected chances and the modern dating angle made it even more fun. The story was light, sweet and easy to get into, which made it perfect for a cosy reading day.

Also, can we talk about how pretty the cover is? 🌸☕ It totally gives the cute romance vibe of the book.

If you’re looking for a simple, feel good romance with a little bit of chaos and lots of cute moments, LoveChance is definitely worth picking up. 💕

I finished this book in just two days, and honestly, I didn’t expect to get this invested in the mystery so quickly! I went in thinking it was a standalone, only to find out there’s a book 2. 😭 Now I’m definitely curious about what happens next!

I’ve always had a soft spot for stories involving ancient mysteries, forgotten kingdoms, old secrets, maps, and hidden clues, so the whole premise immediately caught my attention. The way the story connects the present with the ancient kingdom of Anuradhapura was one of my favourite parts. The historical setting added so much atmosphere to the mystery and made the story feel really immersive.

The writing was simple and easy to follow, and I liked how the mystery remained at the centre of the story. The transitions between the present timeline and the ancient past were handled quite smoothly, so I never felt too lost between the two. The characters were also interesting, although I did find Raya a little frustrating at certain points. 😭

What I especially enjoyed was the whole serpents + secrets + ancient history + mystery combination. There were enough little clues to keep me guessing, and I even have a few theories about what might actually be going on. 😂 Guess I’ll have to wait for the second book to find out whether I’m completely wrong!

The only small thing that didn’t work for me was the slightly longer chapters, but overall, I really enjoyed the story, the setting and the mystery.

Overall, this was a really intriguing read, and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing where the story goes in book 2! 🐍📖✨
