Let my 2-year-old teach you Black history….It’s truly amazing what our children can learn and absorb when they’re challenged. Axel isn’t like other two year olds. He’s gifted, he’s curious, he’s brilliant… but he’s also the product of a whole village that pours into him every single day. This is your sign to reach for the books and topics at least two grade levels above your child’s age. Thank you God for this little mind and the privilege of guiding it. Sometimes I forget Axel is only 3Watching him confidently name all 9 Central African countries and flags felt unreal. Kids really thrive when learning feels exciting and funSo grateful for DoReMi and the way she pours into him. We’ve really become such a good team when it comes to helping Axel learn in ways that work for himShoutout to Dad too for always supporting all my crazy little learning ideas and being fully on board with it all. This morning has been busy! We baked, we cooked, we did our letter sounds, and now we’re finally opening some Christmas gifts we never got to.
