as of today, we are launching our copenhagen-based record label: tactual.

tactual for us, is a project centred around what we experience as a tangible and soulful passion for dance music culture. both of our lives have been, and continue to be shaped by dance music, and it is with humility and respect, that we now seek to add our own vision to the scene.

our intention for this project is to take what we love and admire, and to accentuate and intensify it, in the hopes of discovering new directions, new pathways, new lines of flight. working within a close network of collaborators, tactual will be a project exploring sound, community, space and aesthetics; grounded in every-day life.

with love,

delighted to announce the 4th party in our tactual.club series at @jolenebar

special one this one, as we’re joined by Picture aka @netlzks , who recently has been on a run of ridiculously good records under the alias Picture, and in the past was responsible for (if u ask us) some of the best house music ever written under the name Central (+ one million other aliases)

residents @ymse______ & @inesse_______ on the warm up and cool down

can’t wait for this one, and as always pls reach out if money is tight

back with the 4th episode of my monthly show, this one focusing further on this kind of barebones early 2010s ‘purist’ techno, stuff that’s basically just a 4x4 and texture

some bits from the 3rd episode of my monthly show

doubling down even further on this ultra stripped-back techno direction

hammering out videos of me djing every month feels abit ridiculous but doing this show is a very enjoyable little endeavor for me and has changed my relationship with digging in some fun ways :—)

the next @tactual.rec release is out today, meaning another piece of music from myself makes it’s way out into the world :—)

my track is called Floor-bored and was written in a bit of a frenzy during some weird + hectic weeks in spring, whilst I was studying gymnasium maths full-time alongside working lol

nice to share a lil glimpse of where my music is at since I done the ep and remix for chris last year

thanks 2 everyone who supports the label + my music

hey everyone

really happy to share with you all our sixth release: touching distance

consisting of four tracks, and featuring music from close friends + collaborators @mpegmusic and @studionatura_ , as well as tracks from label founders @inesse_______ and @lustforlustfor , the compilation marks the next step in tactual’s sonic identity

stemming from the relationships between us, each of the four tracks offers a distinctive take on linear, textured and dancefloor-functional techno

tracklist:
Studio Natura - Third terms
inesse - Floor-bored
LFL - Rubber Spikes
mpeg - Legna

touching distance (tact006) will be released in full on the 10th of July

thank you to everyone who supports the label in any way, shape or form

enjoy <33
