25 years ago today @ghostfacekillah followed up his monumental solo debut Ironman with Supreme Clientele.

Honestly this album should have been titled Ironman. Featuring several samples from the 60s Ironman cartoon. Rza handled a bulk of the production & even reworked the beats of other producers to give the Lp a cohesive feel.

Supreme Clientele continues the wave started on Enter the WU that flowed through all of the solo project leading up to Wu-tang forever.

Arguably Ghostface’s best album Supreme Clientele features razor sharp lyrics, Mind blowing production & guest appearances from all of the Clan except ODB & inspectah Deck who produces one of the tracks.

Last night was wild…

Connecting with @cypresshill pre show was a great moment, was cool chopping it up about music, legalization & politics.

I tend to travel to shows solo but was glad to see a ton of familiar faces as I’m roamed around the venue.

Prior to this show I had only seen @lupefiasco many years ago during the lasers tour. This performance was a thousand times better even though he mainly touched on his hits.

I’ve enjoyed @thepharcydelives music growing up but had drifted away from them so it was good to be reacquainted with their discography.

@atmosphere I was the least familiar with but felt like he put on a very heartfelt and performance.

Cypress Hill minus @djmuggs_the_black_goat_ shut the show down with a really tight set of some of their biggest tracks. I could really tell they work hard at their craft as during the performance each member would guide you to the next on the track with their movements.

After this show I may be on hiatus for a while unless I make a new ticket connect.

Much love to everyone I reconnected with during the show & apologized to anyone I may have missed, blame the ☁️☁️ taken in Live Oak Bank Pavilion by @infinite.spins

Have you heard these reggae records?

I wanted to share my recent reggae set from Mad Mole last week. I know quite a few you were asking me about a lot of the Records that I played because I saw it unfamiliar to you.

Take some time and watch the video to get familiar with some of these titles.

I may end up, redoing this set and recording it but for now here’s a reference for you to find some new reggae and Dub from Jamaica to add your collection.

I will have a few reggae records with me at upcoming @wilmingtonrecordshow on Saturday @waterlinebeers for all you vinyl collectors out there. taken in Wilmington, North Carolina by @infinite.spins
