At Infinite Light Yoga, I offer bespoke 1:1 yoga sessions for adults, children, and neurodiverse children, designed to support your unique needs and help you feel balanced, grounded, and empowered.
I also run group sound journeys and 1:1 sound therapy sessions, where you can experience deep relaxation, release, and the healing vibrations of gong, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, drums, and mantra.
My offerings include Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kirtan, devotional singing, drumming, EFT, Reiki, as well as sound therapy and sound journeys—all created to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
