Coaching is an art and a science. Try this today: See the whole person. Sort what matters most to them. Shift with one forward question: “What would you love to have happen here?” Then pause. Want to go deeper? Join our Cohort 28 info call on Sunday, November 8, at 8 PM ET. Message 917.328.7273 with your name and email address, and I’ll send you the link.

My father, a”h, spoke Dovid’s language to Dovid and John’s language to John. He took the time to understand each person’s reality first. That is the heart of leading by coaching: understand first, then ask. If you’d like to learn how, comment COACH.

Here is what I’ve seen across 27 cohorts. Nobody becomes someone else. They become more fully themselves. Cohort 28 is forming now, and you’re invited to the info call November 8. Comment COACH and I’ll send you the link to Join.

Staying quiet in a session is harder than it sounds. I wrote about what happens in the pause, and the article is linked in the bio. If you’d like to learn to coach this way, comment COACH.

Lasting change rarely happens on the high days. It happens in the ordinary weeks after, when nobody is cheering. Are you in an in-between season right now? Save this for the days it feels like nothing is moving. #changethatlasts #coaching by @infiniticoaching

I was very good at fixing. It took coaching to show me that fixing wasn’t what people needed. If you lead a team, a family or a classroom, where do you play the fixer? Tell me below. If you’d like to learn to coach instead of fix, comment COACH.

Cohort 28 is forming now. Comment COACH and Chaya will send you the details. by @infiniticoaching

For years I thought helping meant handing someone the answer. Then coaching showed me that the answer a person finds for themselves is the one that lasts. Who do you call when you need to think out loud? Tell me below. If you'd like to learn to coach this way, comment COACH. by @infiniticoaching

The Sukkah is infinite light you can walk into. ✨

Chassidus teaches that the Sukkah is makif, a light so vast it surrounds us completely. Too great to hold inside, so Hashem wraps us in it.

This week in Chișinău, I watched that light fill a room.

A packed Sukkah. Faces glowing. Every guest welcomed as family. Friends who traveled across Moldova telling us: "We came for the holiness of this place."

Here is what I see:
In every Jew, infinite potential.
In every gathering, infinite possibility.
In this small corner of the world, an infinite future.

Moldova holds a history of Jewish life once silenced. Today it sings. Children, teens, adults, every day of Chol Hamoed, more light, more joy, more growth. by @infiniticoaching

Most people treat joy like a finish line. Fix yourself, sort out your life, get everything in order, and then you're allowed to feel good.

Coaching works the opposite way. Joy isn't what you earn at the end. It's what gets you moving in the first place. The people who change the most aren't waiting to feel ready first. They let themselves feel good enough to take the next step, and the fixing happens along the way.

That's why this holiday is called Zman Simchateinu. Not because we've earned the right to be happy. Because joy is what carries us into the year ahead.

If you're waiting to feel put together before you build the next version of your life, start with joy instead. DM me to join our next cohort. by @infiniticoaching

Nobody trained you for this. Not the 11pm phone calls, not knowing exactly what to say when someone's falling apart, not the instinct to ask the one question that cracks everything open.

You built that skill in real time, with real people, with nothing but your own gut to go on.

Imagine what that looks like with an actual framework behind it. Not replacing your instinct, sharpening it.
