Our first few days in Hawaii 🌺🌴🌊🙌🏽 We landed on Tuesday - I ate the best garlic shrimp I’ve ever eaten in my entire life from a small hole in the wall called smileys. Wednesday we were up at 6am for a raft boat tour with @bluedolphincharters - we saw turtles, dolphins and explored some caves! The na pali coast is absolutely breathtaking. The raft is not for the weak - our bums and hands hurt the next day haha it’s bumpy and fast - so if you like a thrill this one’s for you. Today we explored the beaches a little north of the island and found paradise - empty beaches with crystal clear water and the incredible mountains as our backdrop! absolutely breathtaking! The drive along the coast is an experience in and of itself, the lush greenery and the mountains are like something out of a movie…. It’s been a minute since I have posted or updated. I fell off the social media train when I burnt myself out trying to keep up with posting all day every day and then decided I needed a break. I was trying to do everything at home whilst being a stay at home mum - but let’s be honest even as a stay at home mum with zero help whilst dads working it’s hard to really get stuff done. I really wanted to do something for myself, and one day as I was laying in bed I got an email for an audition for a kids toy host on tik tok - and I thought hey I used to do that (20 years ago 🤣🤣) so why not give it a shot. So I did a self tape and sent it in with no expectations - I honestly didn’t think I’d hear back. And within a week or two they asked me to come in for an in-person audition. They also told me the brand - i thought there’s no way a huge brand like that would hire me. The morning I was meant to go in, I got an email asking to reschedule for a different time…. I didn’t respond…. I wasn’t going to go, I had pretty severe anxiety about it, and I felt extremely unprepared. A couple of hours later they emailed me again…. So I thought ah ok - maybe the universe is like, girl gooo. Lol. So I went - I was sooooo nervous, I got in the studio started having horrible anxiety - started the audition and then sort of just fell into it - still nervous. As I was leaving I did not feel confident at all…. But it did feel like the perfect opportunity as a mum - to be doing something I naturally lean towards and talk about something I genuinely enjoy. A couple of days later I found out I got the job, I was genuinely shocked. But also was reminded that even though I was so scared - that we have to just do it anyway! I LOVE my job - and I’m so grateful I didn’t listen to that fear. So let this be your reminder, if there’s something you want - but you’re scared - just do it anyway. If it’s meant for you great! If not, atleast you tried! by @infinityandb3yond

I don’t know why I don’t sing much anymore. I’ve been meditating recently and something I’ve noticed is the lack of balance in my life, since my kids (2020) I sort of put my life on hold. I isolated from Covid, I didn’t socialize and stopped doing allot of the things that made me, me. So as I had some time tonight, I had heard this song a couple weeks ago, probably the most underrated Justin Bieber song in my opinion, it’s so pretty! And I decided to sing it because that’s what I used to do ALL THE TIME! Sing sing sing. Are there any other mamas out there who don’t really take the time to do the things they like anymore? I have been fascinated by @vedaaustin_water work since @k8_is_awake introduced me to her at the INDS conference we just met at! Today I started experimenting, and it is so fascinating to me! Water is like a wild animal, it has its own free will, it will show us what it wants to show us when it wants to show us! Now this really did take me by surprise because when I was looking at the pictures and I saw the kite, I thought that’s cool a kite! And then I realized that the song I was playing and singing is by @thepaperkites … how could water know that? And what are the odds a kite would show up, I don’t think it’s a coincidence. I also see other things and I’m not sure of their significance yet as I’m very new to this and this was my first day exploring… but I am very excited to keep going! As a double Pisces with ALLOT of water in my chart I’ve always felt very connected to water in the physical sense and the spiritual sense.
