Last week I spent more than 20 minutes at the beach collecting tiny shells while watching the sunrise.

There was no purpose, nothing to achieve & no rush whatsoever.

Just me, the sea, the morning and these little shells that made me strangely happy🧍‍♀️🌅🐚🧡

What came to mind after was how many beautiful things I once (many years ago) dismissed as “unproductive.”

For me, the most important takeaway from this was - not every moment needs to be “productive” to be valuable.
Some moments are simply meant to be lived 💖

I think I’ll remember those 20 minutes for much longer than I’ll remember most of the things I did that week ✨ by @infinityplatter

An Indian-themed lunch became something much deeper.
It became a space for presence, nourishment, connection, touch, conversation, laughter and community.
Every activity invited us to slow down and truly experience the present moment together 💖

- @philwilkinson811 organizes unique themed weekly lunches - Tuesday’s with Phil 🥗💗

- Easy massage techniques to relieve stiffness in the neck and shoulders were taught to us by the lovely @caminodeluzia 💗

- Comforting homemade Indian meal was made by our incredible vegan chef @veg.corner who does amazing community driven work through @awaken_______ 💗🍄

- The right questions man, my dearest @julian.vdp created a set of amazing inspiring question cards that encourage deep meaningful conversations & connections 💖 (Cards to be on sale soon)

Community isn’t built only through big events. Sometimes it’s created around a table, through simple intentional moments, honest conversations and the willingness to be present with one another ✨💗 by @infinityplatter

This is what a self organised retreat with friends looks like 💖
Like minded community isn’t something you find, it’s something you consciously build. And when you do, it changes your life 🌠

This weekend was a reminder of what’s possible when you bring together people who are willing to show up as they are, to have real conversations, to hold space, to grow and to celebrate life together ✨💗

Building your community gives you the space where you don’t have to perform, where you can soften, expand and be seen.
This is the kind of life I want to build ♾️💖

Sunrise feels like the right metaphor for this season 🧡

For a long time, I shared food, places and experiences I loved. While that chapter was absolutely beautiful, over the past few years, something deeper has been growing in me.

This year, I’m stepping fully into wellness - breathwork, nervous system regulation, healthy food, meditation, journaling, nature, community and small daily practices that shape who we become 💗

I’m creating a life with less noise & more awareness✨♾️

If you’re here for inner strength, grounded growth & meaningful living, you’ll feel right at home 💖

I read a quote recently which I wanted to share with you.
“One day, the mountain that was in front of you will be so far behind you, it will barely be visible in the distance. But who you become in learning to climb it? That will stay with you forever. That is the point of the mountain.” - Brianna Wiest.

The mountain was never the problem, it was an invitation.
An invitation to fully accept oneself.

Something beautifully shifts when you stop fighting yourself, when you stop resisting life, when you choose total acceptance of everyone and everything.
Abundance doesn’t arrive because life becomes perfect, it arrives because you finally make peace with everything, as it IS 💖

And from that place, you embrace & celebrate all of life🤍

As we move into the new year, I wish you LOVE 💗
Not the kind we chase, perform or wait to receive…
but the kind that already lives within you.

The love I learned about this year is quiet and vast.
It’s pure, patient, kind, powerful. It is Infinite!

It doesn’t come and go, doesn’t choose favorites, doesn’t ask you to be different than you are.
It’s the love that exists in you, in me, in every breath, every body, every moment and every corner of this universe ♾️💖

It taught me, not gently, but honestly, that this love becomes visible when you slow down, listen inward and choose presence over reaction.
When you pause instead of pushing.
When you meet yourself with kindness in moments of pain.
When you breathe, feel, forgive and allow what is, instead of fighting it.

Living as love looks simple, but it’s brave.
It’s choosing truth over comfort.
Compassion over control.
Patience over urgency.
It’s letting love shape how you speak to yourself, how you show up in relationships and how you move through the world.

My wish for you this year is that you tap into this love, trust it and let it lead.
It has always been there and it knows the way.
And it is more than enough, for ALL of us ♾️

Because when you live as love,
life has no choice but to love you back infinitely ♾️💖
