‼️For years, analysts tried to explain the Knicks through basketball… They missed the point. 🤔 The Knicks are not a basketball story, They’re a New York story. 🗽 And that’s why they’ve won! ✨ Look at this roster... Jalen Brunson was told he was too small. Josh Hart was told he was a role player. Mikal Bridges wasn’t considered to be a star. Karl-Anthony Towns spent years carrying every criticism imaginable. On paper, they are a collection of players. To New York, they are something else entirely. 🫶🏾 They are a reflection. Of a city built by immigrants, grinders, risk-takers, entrepreneurs, artists, hustlers, and people who heard “no” more times than they can count. A city that respects talent. But reveres resilience.💪🏾 That’s what we’ve long called Cultural Delta at Inflect Digital. 📐 The competitive advantage gained by representing and embodying your community. Because the strongest brands are never just products. The strongest movements are never just organizations. And the strongest teams are never just athletes. They become vessels for identity. The Knicks don’t have the biggest star. They don’t have the most naturally gifted roster. What they have is something far more powerful: Alignment between the team and the people who believe in it. The city sees itself in Brunson. The city sees itself in Hart. The city sees itself in KAT. The city sees itself in this fight. 🥊 That’s why Madison Square Garden feels less like an arena and more like a congregation. It’s why every bodega in New York felt like a block party as the community gathered to cheer on their team. 🙌🏾 👉🏾 That’s why every brand should pay attention. Because when people see themselves in your story, they stop acting like customers. They start acting like believers. That’s Cultural Delta. ✅ It’s one of the few advantages in business that money alone cannot buy. 💯 Congrats to the New York Knicks - Your 2026 NBA Champions 🏆 #newyork #knicks #knicksinfive #nba #champions by @inflect_digital
CASE STUDY: A client messaged us three words: “We’re getting crushed.” 👀😱 Their ad account had collapsed to 1.03x ROAS. They threw everything at the wall: new creatives, new landing pages, and new upsells...nothing worked. But the creatives were never the real problem. 👉 The real problem: optimizing for the wrong numbers. The attribution tool said one thing. The ad platform said another. The revenue spreadsheet said a third. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Every “decision” was just a guess in a nicer outfit. So before we reinvented the wheel, we fixed the system: - Locked in ONE attribution model as the source of truth - Rebuilt the entire account structure from scratch - Added cost controls so performance stopped swinging - Got rid of imaginary “best practices” where they created more waste than results. 90 days later: ✅ ROAS: 1.03x to 2.73x (no sale or offer) ✅ Day to Day Profitability: (Money made every single day) 33% of the Quarter to 75% of the Quarter. We didn’t catch one lucky week, We didn’t bet the house on one big sale, We didn’t offer any discounts for acquisition. 👉👉We created a consistent system that made winning the default. The lesson I keep relearning: Most “marketing problems” are customer journey problems - from who you target, to their first click, to their intent, through their submitting their payment - and until you deliver the product - the job isn’t finished until then. Just like a championship run isn’t done until the fourth game is won 🏆 @lbtheconnector and I built @inflect_digital to help our clients win it all. #marketing #ecommerce #facebookads #metaads #ads by @inflect_digital
Consumption is a cultural act. 🧠 What we wear. What we drive. 🏎️ Where we eat. Where we vacation. 🏝️ Where we go to school. Who we marry. 👰🏽‍♀️ How we celebrate. Even how we bury the dead, if we bury the dead 😵 None of those decisions happen in isolation. They are signals of the cultures we subscribe to. That is why culture matters to founders. 🎯 The market isn’t an abstract force. The market is people. And people adopt the things that reinforce identity, belonging, and shared belief. 🪞 So when founders say they are “just focused on the product,” they are often ignoring the most powerful force shaping whether that product will be adopted. Culture. 🔥 As Marcus reminds us, it isn’t a side conversation. It’s the difference between something people try and something people choose as part of who they are. “Sometimes in our pursuit of reach, we forget what actually moves people. It is not popularity. It is cultural relevance. That is what defines meaning, identity, and belonging.” 🧠 The most streamed song does not always shape the moment. 📊 In 2024, Espresso dominated streams. ☕️ Not Like Us dominated culture. 🔥 One moved numbers. The other moved people. ❤️ Cultural relevance is not about ubiquity. It is about meaning, identity, and who feels seen inside the conversation. ✨ If your work does not create discourse, it rarely creates movement. 🗣️➡️🚶🏽 🎙️ Conversation with @marctothec by @inflect_digital
On @culturexcommercepod, @marctothec put me onto Raymond Williams’ idea that culture is a “whole way of life.” But it’s my job to make sure that “way of life” includes access for our people. 📍 The Scene: Times Square. NASDAQ in the background. 💼 The Mission: Facilitating a major moment for Aisha with Jabari Young. We took a conversation from the Forbes BLK Summit in Atlanta and materialized it here in NYC. But the most important metric of this trip for me, wasn’t the stock market—it was the moment I put my daughter on the phone with Aisha. 🫶🏾 To hear Aisha tell her, “Your dad is cool,” while sitting in a position of power... that is how we transfer confidence to the next generation. 🥹 That is how we move from simply behaving to truly belonging.❤️ Grateful for brothers like @jb_young who open the doors, and sisters like @aishabowe who walk through them ready to work. We are just getting started. 🗽🚀 🏙️ 🎥 @catedral_collective #girldad #culture #nasdaq #timessquare #forbes by @inflect_digital

Everyone sees the Billionaire. Few see the blueprint. 🧱 Today, the headlines are breathless confirming what culture has known for a long time: Beyoncé is officially a billionaire. 💰🗞️ But while the world counts the commas in her net worth, they are missing the blueprint behind the empire. 🗝️ Before the "Billionaire" status, there was a lesson in restraint. 🛑 On the latest episode of @culturexcommercepod, my fellow Detroit native, @marctothec breaks down the failure that changed everything. When he was her digital strategist, he tried to build a fan community for her. It didn't work. And that failure revealed the most important rule of modern branding: You don’t build community. You recognize it. 👁️ You respect it. ✊🏾 You facilitate it. 💡 The BeyHive didn’t need permission. They already existed. 🐝🐝🐝 They weren’t just fans chasing music; they were people who saw the world the way she did. 🌍 Beyoncé is more than an artist; she is, a cultural shortcut for women’s empowerment. 👑👠 Her community doesn't just consume the art—they inhabit the worldview. Marcus learned that the job isn't to manufacture a following, but to uncover the people who are already waiting for you to lead them. Especially fitting today, as the world catches up to what culture already knew. ⏳ Culture isn’t created. It’s uncovered 💎 So, the idea of engaging a community like Beyoncé’s Beyhive is probably one of the most important observations Marcus has brought to the marketplace.🧠⚡ 🎙️ @lbtheconnector 🎙️ @anuroop_kumar #culturexcommerce #marcuscollins #beyonce #thebeyhive #communityfacilitator #marketingstrategy #detroithustle #culturalrelevance #mondaymoversandshakers by @inflect_digital

Some walks carry a different energy. 🔥 Grateful for rooms where purpose meets preparation and culture meets leadership. Jabari brought the pen, Aisha brought the mission, and I was simply there to make the connection happen. ❤️ Honored to help create spaces where stories like Aisha’s are told with the weight they deserve and voices like Jabari’s help them travel further. 🚀 This is the work. This is the privilege. Every step is community work. Every moment is legacy in motion. Moving with intention. 🔥 🎥 @catedral_collective ✍🏾 @jb_young 👩🏽‍🚀 @aishabowe #culturexcommerce #forbes #nyc #leadership #entrepreneurship by @inflect_digital
Don’t follow the trends, follow the ones that shape them 🔥The younger generation steers culture forward. 🏁 @theprofessor was the first sports creator on social - EVER. How does he stay on top even after 20 years deep in the game? By connecting with the youth. 💯 Trends can change 2,3, or even 4 times a year - but how do you be a leader vs. a follower? By not “following”… but rather “engaging”. 🔌 The younger generation doesn’t need to be told what to create, they simply do it. They are the ones expressing the cultural pulse. ✨ They don’t copy, they reset the stage.🚦 #culture #youth #basketball by @inflect_digital
