I knew I’d miss the 4th of July fireworks because I had to work, so I decided to become a tourist in my own city instead🗽🇺🇸
I got to witness the incredible Tall Ships naval parade and aircraft show, a once-in-history celebration marking America’s 250th birthday.

Then I visited Ellis Island, where millions of immigrants first stepped onto American soil in search of a better future.. It was incredible to discover.

Among them were many immigrants from Russia, alongside millions of people from every corner of the world, who worked hard and helped build this nation into what it is today.

As an immigrant myself, standing there was a powerful reminder of the American story—one of hope, opportunity, and people from different backgrounds coming together to create something extraordinary.
Happy 250th birthday, America.
Thank you for the opportunities, the freedom to dream, and for welcoming generations of people chasing a better life.
Grateful to call the USA my home. ❤️🤍💙
