🇧🇷Que experiência única!

Durante esses 5 dias totais de intensivo e workshop de "Zouk Brasileiro" eu realmente entendi que dançar pode ser muito mais do que aprender passos.

Tive muitas danças especiais com pessoas incríveis que despertaram várias sensações diferentes, e ter o prazer de dançar com uma mentora tão querida, que me trouxe para o presente em virtude do trabalho feito através da respiração, do trazer para o presente, da conexão e da entrega, foi uma experiência que vou levar comigo.

Ela não ensinou apenas movimentos. Ela ensinou a sentir, a ouvir, a se expressar. A escutar o corpo e se conectar profundamente com o outro.

Fizemos uma dança linda , e o que me marcou foi a sensação de 100% de conexão e entrega.

Por alguns minutos, não existia mais nada. Só a música, a respiração, o corpo, a energia e aquela conexão inexplicável que acontece quando duas pessoas realmente estão presentes.

Obrigada por me proporcionar essa experiência tão especial.

Algumas danças terminam quando a música acaba.
Outras continuam dentro da gente. ✨

🇳🇿What a unique experience! ✨

During these five days of Brazilian Zouk intensives and workshops, I truly understood that dancing can be so much more than just learning steps.

I had so many special dances with incredible people, each one awakening different sensations within me. And having the opportunity to dance with such a beautiful mentor, who brought me into the present moment through her work with breathing, presence, connection, and surrender, was an experience I will carry with me.

She didn’t just teach movements. She taught me how to feel, how to listen, and how to express myself. How to listen to my body and connect deeply with another person.

We shared a beautiful dance, and what stayed with me the most was the feeling of 100% connection and surrender.

For a few minutes, nothing else existed. Just the music, the breathing, the body, the energy, and that indescribable connection that happens when two people are truly present with each other.

Thank you for giving me such a special experience. 🤍

🇧🇷O LightUp Winter em Cromwell na Nova Zelândia, surgiu como um evento comunitário para celebrar o inverno e reunir moradores e visitantes em uma noite de luz, música e confraternização.

Um dos momentos mais marcantes é o lançamento coletivo de lanternas de papel iluminadas, que simbolizam:
*esperança para o futuro;
*lembrança de pessoas queridas;
* realização de sonhos e novos começos;
*união da comunidade.

A tradição das lanternas é inspirada em festivais asiáticos, especialmente da Tailândia e da China, onde lançar uma lanterna ao céu representa deixar para trás as preocupações e enviar desejos e bênçãos.
Em Cromwell, o evento ganhou identidade própria e passou a incluir também:

apresentações musicais;
food trucks;
atividades para famílias;
atrações de inverno;

o emocionante lançamento simultâneo de centenas de lanternas, que ilumina o céu da cidade.

🇳🇿Light Up Winter in Cromwell, New Zealand, began as a community event to celebrate winter and bring together locals and visitors for an evening of light, music, and togetherness.

One of the most memorable moments is the collective launch of illuminated paper lanterns, which symbolizes:

*hope for the future;
*remembrance of loved ones;
*the fulfillment of dreams and new beginnings;
*unity within the community.

The lantern tradition is inspired by Asian festivals, particularly those in Thailand and China, where releasing a lantern into the sky represents letting go of worries and sending wishes and blessings.

Over the years, the Cromwell event has developed its own unique identity and now also features:
live music performances;
food trucks;
family-friendly activities;
winter attractions;

and the breathtaking simultaneous launch of hundreds of lanterns, lighting up the night sky above the town. by @ingarasant

🇧🇷Alguns registros desse lugar incrível, que já admirei varias vezes em diferentes estações, mas que continua tirando o fôlego!

Mas o mais lindo registro é aquele que ficou na minha memória, deitada naquele banquinho da foto admirando o 360 do céu estrelado a beira do lago!

🇳🇿A few memories from this incredible place, which I've had the chance to admire in different seasons, and it still takes my breath away every single time.

But the most beautiful memory is the one I couldn't capture with my camera—lying on that little bench by the lake, looking up and taking in the 360° view of the star-filled sky. A moment I'll never forget. taken in Lake Tekapo, New Zealand by @ingarasant
