1 year since leaving my stable corporate job and starting my own business. 1 year since deciding the only thing holding me back was myself. 1 year of deciding fear has no place here anymore. What a beautiful thing to realize that you are in control of your own destiny and you are the best and only designer for your dream life. What a beautiful thing it is to do what you love every day. With family, friends and the great outdoors. Grateful is a huge understatement for all the feels I’m having after finishing my first season as the Design Lead for Stern Grove Music Festival. From merch, signage and badges to newspapers, wristbands, and even pre-roll packaging. I got to live my dream this year designing everything under the sun for a festival I have loved and believed in deeply since moving to CA in 2007. I am honored you all trusted me with so much and have made friends for life in this amazing team! Huge shoutouts to @cosmicsoup.wtf for the illustrations this year, @thejonturner for the photography, @emmy.will__ for her rad partnerships, videos, and party throwing skillz, @pilchen33 for the sweet donor and kidzone collabs, and of course @mollyfuega for being the best work wife everrrrr I never want to leave this crew! Mockup versus reality 🪄I hand drew this T-shirt graphic and mocked it up in 2 color options for Stern Grove music festival this summer. They chose the tie dye option and now it’s here in real life! So stoked so see this come to life and hear that they had to re-order after selling out half the stock created for a 12 show festival after only 2 shows!!!🤘 Thank you to @sterngrovefestival for trusting me with this and my husband for being my model ☺️ by @ingrained.design.co

When you start seeing the signage you designed behind the likes of Japanese Breakfast, Bomba Estereo, Peter Cat Recording Co. and Major Lazer (OMG)!!! Middle school me would be seriously fan-girling right now. Life goals unlocked working with @sterngrovefestival this year.
