Service Month projects are officially ready for YOU to sign up for! Link in bio!

Our goal as the Ingram Honors College is to reach 5,000+ organized service hours this year, so help us to meet that goal by signing up and attending as many slots as you are able!

Transportation is provided for all off-campus sites and these hours can also count toward CCSC!

Jessica Walters, a class of 2029 professional writing major, is today’s #featurefriday ! Jessica been published in the Adelaide Literary Magazine for her six-page essay on the true implications of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein and is also published in a poetry book entitled “A Forest of Words” for her poem “A Twisted Society.” She was recently hired at GCU News and gets to cover articles around campus.

Outside of academics, Jessica is a party princess for the company Happily Ever After Fairytale Events and had played the characters Elsa, Belle, Wonder Woman, Cinderella, Alice, Barbie, Ariel, and Aurora. She loves getting to add a touch of magic to the lives of children and even had the opportunity to make a Wonder Woman appearance at a cancer survivor camp (which was truly emotional for her as she is a Leukemia survivor herself)! Jessica is also a model who has walked in shows such as On Central in downtown Phoenix, as well as 2026 Swim Week. Finally, she loves to use the gifts God has given her of dancing and singing to be the lead choreographer and performer in GCU’s the Canyon Belles. This past summer, she was even hired to choreograph the singer Silvana Faye’s music videos for her upcoming album! Let’s go, Jessica! #ingramhonors by @ingramhonors
