Some rides stay with you long after you’ve rolled back home.🫶🏼🍃🚴
Today was one of those days. Blue skies, warm autumn sunshine, and forests glowing in every shade of gold, orange and red💛.

We rolled through beautiful Nordmarka, from Maridalen to Nittedal via Movatn and Langvann, on to Helgeren, Gørja and Kikut, before returning home through Kobberhaugene.🚴🙏🏼

Endless gravel roads, stunning scenery, and the best company you could ask for.#
Days like these are a reminder of how lucky we are. Lucky to have this playground right outside our doorstep, and lucky to share it with such wonderful people.

Autumn is pure magic in Nordmarka 🍂🚴‍♀️

Spent the day exploring the gravel roads and forest trails of Nordmarka, with a well-deserved stop at Kikutstua. Golden leaves, crisp air, endless colors, and that special feeling only autumn riding can give.🍃🍁💛

This is why fall is my favorite season on the bike. 🍁✨

🍂☀️ For en søndag! ☀️🍂

11 mil, en fantastisk venninne og en fin og vindfull høstdag 💨🚴
Vi trillet gjennom vakre Follo via Siggerud • Eikjol • Kråkstad • Kroer • Garder • Hølen • Son, med et velfortjent bollestopp i idylliske Son. 🥯❤️

Hjemveien gikk via Pepperstad, Bringebærlandet og Gamle Mossevei, mens vinden gjorde sitt aller beste for å gi oss en ekstra treningsøkt.

Det blåste til tider helt hinsides, men når selskapet er så bra, blir selv motvinden en del av opplevelsen.🫶🏼

Mange gode samtaler, masse latter, nydelig natur og følelsen av å være akkurat der man skal være.
Det er slike dager man tar med seg videre inn i uka.

🍂✨ Autumn perfection on gravel.

Today Østmarka delivered one of those rides you wish could last forever. Golden autumn colours, endless flowing trails, forgotten tractor roads reclaimed by nature, and crisp sunshine lighting up every turn.
A well-deserved vanilla bun stop at Vangen, a ride across the beautiful causeway over Bindingsvann, and then the perfect journey home. 50 magical kilometres of gravel, forest, freedom and pure happiness.

And honestly... every ride reminds me why I love my Ridley Astr so much. Fast when I want it to be, comfortable when the kilometres add up, and without a doubt the most beautiful gravel bike I’ve ever owned. ❤️ And the cool rims from @dkbike.dk is just perfect for this bike and my adventures🫶🏼

Some days on the bike are good.💛
Some days are unforgettable.💛

Madrid, you stole my heart ❤️

Golden sunsets painting the sky, stunning architecture around every corner, vibrant streets full of life, and food that never disappoints. Madrid has a way of making you slow down, look up, and simply enjoy the moment.
From grand boulevards and historic buildings to hidden plazas, rooftop views, and endless culinary delights, flamenco show, this city has been nothing short of amazing.💃💛🍸

I came for the experience, but I’m leaving with memories I’ll never forget. ☀️🇪🇸✨

The kind of day that reminds you why you ride. ❤️
Starting at Mylla and tracing endless ribbons of gravel through Nordmarka, we spent the day surrounded by crystal-clear lakes, towering pines, grazing cows and sheep, and the quiet beauty only a forest can offer.
The miles flew by, carried by laughter, good conversations, and the simple joy of being out there together.
Some rides are workouts. Others become stories you’ll tell for years.

🚴‍♀️☀️ Me-time, miles, and magic. ✨
Sometimes the best therapy isn’t a spa day... it’s clipping into your pedals and riding all the way from Oslo to Hvasser. 😅🚴‍♀️
A perfect mix of:
✅ Me-time ✅ A workout ✅ Fresh sea air ✅ Great conversations ✅ Zero emails (for a few glorious hours 😂)

And the reward? Meeting a good friend who turned into the ultimate local guide, showing hidden gems, stunning views, and reminding me that the best way to experience a place is on two wheels. 🌊🌿🚲

There’s just something magical about discovering new roads, tiny villages, secret beaches, and beautiful spots at cycling speed. You see more, feel more, and somehow time slows down. ✨
And yes… I’m still completely in love with my Ridley Noah Fast ❤️🔥 The bike that keeps turning every ride into an adventure.
Life feels pretty good when your destination is beautiful, your legs are working hard, and your mind is finally getting a break. 🙌☀️
