Since we’re 6 months into the year, here’s a few bits of live sound shenanigans from the first half of 2026!
2) JANUARY: Belting start to the year with Big Tone at Concept Haus in Salford. Persona NYE party
3) FEBRUARY: Mixing MWL at White Hotel. Really cool intimate gig.
4) FEBRUARY: Jeremy Sylvester at CUPRA. Mint crowd
5) MARCH: The Egyptian Lover at Band On The Wall. Never seen someone do a solo on an 808 before
6) MARCH: Cool gig at Stage & Radio. Some mint bands on
7) APRIL: Chase & Status at CUPRA. Bit of a mental one!
8) APRIL: Skream downstairs at CUPRA. Same night as C&S.
9) MAY: Julia Cumming at YES basement. Was well happy with this mix.
10) JUNE: Blue Lab beats at Green Island Fest. Fun to mix. Love the MPC apparatus
11) JUNE: Raz + Alpha at Green Island. Going arfff taken in Manchester, United Kingdom by @inigo.sounds

My set from @svararadio is live on YouTube. Had a lot of fun recording it, have a watch if you’re into garage music and watching me press some buttons.

Slide 4 is one of my own tunes (WIP)

Go have a watch, give it a like ;) taken in SVARA Radio by @inigo.sounds

Here’s a lil insight into the production on the tune we just released…

@mprileymusic
@ducklin_curls
‘IMPOLITE’

I’ve made a full breakdown of the mix as well, will drop a few clips from that on here for any nerds that might be interested. This is the first part of the breakdown that focuses on how I made the actual beat - it’s super simple but one of my favourite things I’ve produced

IMPOLITE is out everywhere now

These photos were taken last year, in the studio where this track and TUFF were made. The track took us almost 2 years and 3 studio moves from starting it to get it out there but I’m so glad it’s finally out to start off 2026. The original idea actually sounds pretty much like what you hear now, it’s been an absolute bop from the start - have you listened yet? Let us know how you feeling about it👇🏼

Available to listen in all the right places

Some audio bits from 2025…

1-3. @greenisland_festival with @soundhausltd - was a pleasure working on the Niamos stage alongside @isaacwalbrooke Got to mix some really great bands and had fun doing it.

4-6. This year saw the opening of @millroomstudios with @mikelephilipboyle (originally in Cheetham Hill but now based in Islington Mill, Salford) - hats off to him as his perseverance and with creating our space has been incredible. Opening a studio is not for the weak, very happy to be a small part of it!

6-13. Some of the venues I’ve had the pleasure of working at this year… more to come.

14. NYE Shenanigans with @bigtonesound !

There’s so much more I have to post, but wanted to get a few live and studio bits on here

Big up to everyone who has worked with me this year :) there’s obviously lots of stuff to post re my own music but that will be a separate post…

Was a pleasure working on the NIAMOS stage at @greenisland_festival on Saturday. Thanks to @soundhausltd for providing great equipment (and a lovely L acoustics rig) and @isaacwalbrooke for being a top fella to work with taken in Niamos by @inigo.sounds
