Hi🙋🏽‍♀️ I’m Elena, a Spanish interior stylist living in Munich.

I’ve always been drawn to spaces that feel real and lived-in—homes that tell a story. I love homes filled with pieces that have a story or reflect the personality of the people living there. To me, a home isn’t just a place to live—it’s a place to feel safe, inspired, and truly yourself.

That’s why I started Inima Interiors—to help create spaces with soul and personality. Whether it’s your own home or a vacation rental, I believe every space should feel welcoming and unique✨🏡

At the end of the day, your home isn’t meant to impress—it’s meant to welcome you in, wrap you up and tell your story🏡✨ What’s something in your home that holds a special memory?

Part 2 of the series: styling a space around a second-hand piece✨

Today’s starting point is this desk. Old wood, beautiful patina, the kind of marks that only time can give. Here’s how I’d build a whole room around it 👀

The other day I came across this colour palette and it instantly inspired me.

So I wanted to style a living room based on these tones, focusing on pieces that add warmth, texture and a bit of character. And this is how it turned out😊

What do you think? 👀

Inspiring homes: A converted barn in the Cotswolds that keeps its original soul while feeling calm and contemporary.

What I love the most is the beautiful balance between old and new, where natural materials and simple design create a peaceful countryside retreat.

I’ve always loved searching for second-hand treasures and unique pieces with character. There’s just something special about finding items that already have a story behind them ✨

I’d love to start sharing more of how I would use these pieces and integrate them into different spaces at home.

Today’s find is this antique wooden cabinet. So here’s how I’d build a space around it👀
