Good morning, Friday. This AM, I am sending love and care to everyone impacted by the shooting yesterday in Bend, Or. My neighbors. Heartbroken and gutted, once again. #childrendeservebetter #safecommunities

One of my primary forms of therapy is connecting with nature. Taking in the beauty of the world and supporting the places that support us. Mount Pisgah Arboretum is on of those places for me.

Come along for a hike up the back side of Mt. Pisgah.
When we reach the summit and are looking out over the landscape, we are looking toward Bend. 💔❤️‍🩹😔

If you have not checked out the beautiful compilation of IG creators curated by @urbanharvestcollective, I highly recommend it! Check out their page and the link can be found there.

🌶️ Today’s explore from the wealth of ideas found within is the Candied Peppers recipe offered by @petals.over.limestone and it is 🤤!

I scaled the recipe down to 1/4, so head’s up if you try this at home!

Please enjoy this hike along the Incense Cedar Trail on Mt. Pisgah in Oregon. The PNW is so beautiful this time of year. This trail smells so good. 😌
