Multiple appointments. One goal in mind: age backwards through lifting the midface and letting the structure follow.

This is not an overnight result and that’s exactly the point.

She’s been a long-time patient and this transformation has happened gradually, appointment by appointment, with intention behind every treatment.

Rather than chasing every line or adding volume everywhere, we’ve focused on restoring support, lifting the midface, and allowing the rest of the face to follow naturally.

Sometimes it’s not the wrinkle, it’s the face you keep making!

This patient came in because she noticed her lower face and jowls looking more wrinkled and aged. When we watched her facial movement, we noticed she naturally pulled the corners of her mouth downward when making a certain expression.

So instead of chasing the wrinkle, we treated the movement causing it.

A little tox to help relax those downward-pulling muscles can soften that repeated motion and help prevent the skin from constantly folding in the same spot.

The goal? Not to freeze her face. Not to change her smile. Just to help her stop making a movement she didn’t even realize she was making.

WORTH THE WAIT!

This patient (hi @teresawellnessinjector.facebar ) decided to dissolve her previous filler and give everything two weeks to settle before starting fresh.

Then we rebuilt: mid-face filler, hyperdilute Radiesse through the lower face, and new filler in the lips.

Different products, different areas, all with a purpose.
