Another day doing what I love!🤍

And if you’re here, I’m Pilar!

I’m an aesthetic nurse practitioner of 12 years at @hellosmoothmedspa in St. John’s Florida! 👩🏽‍⚕️

I’m an island girl at heart, I love my husband, travel, and good food. 🍲

And I couldn’t do this without my amazing team at Hello Smooth. So grateful I get to call this my job. 🫶🏽

My career means the world to me, but my dad means more. I gave up a bucket-list conference happening tomorrow & Saturday in Chicago to be fully present while he’s visiting from the islands. Best investment I’ve made all year 🙏🏽

Since I’m staying in town, I’ve opened up my schedule for Monday, 10/12 at @hellosmoothmedspa

I’m not someone that will say yes to every syringe.💉

Because more isn’t always the answer. Sometimes “no” is.

My job isn’t to sell you a syringe, my job is to make sure you look your best for years to come. 🤍

xoxo,
💋 P

Today my husband and I got to bring my dad to the @jaguars home game, and it turned into one of those days I’ll hold onto. And that interception by #12 in the end zone?! Let’s gooo!!🙌

Everywhere we turned, I ran into clients having the best time, and so many of them stopped to tell me they’ve been sharing @hellosmoothmedspa with their friends and how much they love coming to see us. 🥹

Standing there next to my dad, hearing that over and over, my heart was so full. You all have no idea how much it means to be part of your lives in this small way. Thank you to every single one of you who keeps cheering us on and calling us your favorite local med spa. We don’t take a moment of it for granted. 💙

Grateful for an incredible training weekend in Miami with @dr.zack.ally and @dr.adame!

The real work goes far beyond filling in hollowing or lines…it’s about facial balancing, facial harmonization, and truly understanding face shape, skeletal structure, and anatomy.

Knowing the WHY is what brings it all together.

Excited to keep sharpening my craft and skillset! 🫶🏽
