David Aranjo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN licensure from Endicott College.

While working as a Registered Nurse, he spent over a decade as a professional dancer and performer, training at Endicott College, Boston Ballet, and performing internationally for several years.

His background in dance and performance gives him a deep appreciation of anatomy, movement, balance, and proportion – skills that naturally translate into aesthetic medicine. He was first introduced to cosmetic medicine while living and working in Sydney, Australia, where his passion for blending science and artistry took shape, and he now has almost a decade of experience.

By fusing clinical precision with an artistic eye, he brings a thoughtful, anatomy-driven approach to aesthetics, focused on natural, balanced, and individualized results.

Hot off the syringe ✨💉

Look at these lips immediately post-treatment. Beautiful results come down to two things: injection technique and choosing the right product for the outcome you’re trying to achieve.

A reminder: lips heal. This client’s final result will settle somewhere between these two images once swelling comes down. Realistic expectations are everything.

Going from naturally thin lips to fuller volume is usually a process — inject, allow the tissue to heal, reassess, and sometimes build gradually over multiple appointments. Patience matters.

Dramatic change rarely happens overnight safely. When filler is rushed or overdone too quickly, that’s when the risk of complications increases.
