Men, confidence isn’t built from shrinking.
It’s built from structure and strength.

Losing weight but also rebuilding your body.

Here’s the formula:
ā–«ļøLift 3-4x per week progressively
ā–«ļøAdd 15-20 minutes of ā€œLISSā€ cardio post lift to support heart health and fat loss
ā–«ļøNon training days, aim for 6k-10k steps per day minimum
ā–«ļøKeep your protein high, 0.6-1g x body weight

Stop burning yourself out on cardio machines and depriving your body of fuel it needs.

You don’t need another random plan.

You need a system built around your goals, your schedule, and your life.

The APE Life Method brings together training, nutrition, strategy, and accountability so every piece works together toward one outcome. Progress you can actually sustain.

No guessing.No extremes.
No more constantly starting over.

The gym is a weird place.

It drains your energy, tests your limits, and leaves your body exhausted…

Yet somehow, you walk out feeling fuller than when you walked in.

It takes from you physically, but gives so much back mentally.

Because somewhere between the struggle and pushing past the point where you wanted to stop, you discover another level of yourself.

It takes you somewhere mentally you didn’t know you could go.

And maybe that’s what makes it so addicting.

If I could only choose ONE hamstring curl for the rest of my fitness journey…

I’m taking the seated hamstring curl.

With your hips flexed, your hamstrings start in a more lengthened position, giving you a great stimulus for growth.

The lying curl is still a great exercise, but if I had to marry one and delete the other?

I’m sitting down.

Which one are you keeping? by @inkedape

You don’t need another quick fix or a plan you’ll abandon in a few weeks. You need a focused approach, consistent execution, and a commitment to becoming stronger, leaner, and more confident.

I’m looking for 5 guys who are ready to get leaner, stronger, and build a physique that matches the level they operate at.

One sign you’re lifting too light?

You can control the eccentric for 5–6 seconds without much struggle.

For most strength and muscle building work, aim for a controlled 2–3 second eccentric while still challenging yourself with enough weight.

Control the weight. But don’t use slow reps to compensate for a load that’s too light.

Progressive overload still matters.

Still in awe of this transformation.

20 lbs down in just 3 months, and she made enough progress through lifestyle changes that she ultimately didn’t need to start the GLP-1 medication her doctor had initially discussed with her.

The biggest win not seen? Her confidence is through the roof.

The more focused you become on a goal, the less you can afford to care about what other people think about your obsession.

Especially when the criticism comes from people who are content with where they are.

Your discipline will look extreme to people who don’t share your standards.

Your sacrifices won’t make sense to people who don’t want what you want.

You don’t need them to understand it.
Stay obsessed. Stay focused. Keep building.

Be honest. Since getting into your relationship, have you become healthier or less healthy?

Have you gotten fitter, stronger and more active?

Or have you gained weight, moved less and slowly stopped prioritizing your physical health?

Has your relationship encouraged you to take better care of yourself?

Or have you both become so comfortable that your health has taken a back seat?

There’s nothing wrong with date nights, vacations, eating good food and enjoying life together.

But love shouldn’t require you to lose yourself in the process. by @inkedape

Maybe somewhere along the way, you lost yourself.

A past or current relationship changed your routines, your priorities, and eventually how you felt in your own body.

But you can choose to reclaim that part of yourself.

Your strength. Your confidence. Your physical identity.

If you’re ready to feel like YOU again, click the link in my bio and apply for my 1:1 coaching program.

It’s time to reclaim yourself. by @inkedape

If you’re dumping half your bodyweight onto the handrails…

You’re not making the stairclimber easier.
You’re making the exercise less effective.

The goal isn’t to see how high you can crank the speed while your upper body holds you up.

Stand tall. Keep your hands light. Let your legs support your bodyweight and actually do the work.

Choose a speed you can maintain without relying on the rails.

Your intensity should never exceed your ability to maintain good positioning.

Quality work matters more than intensity.
