Today’s the big day! It’s Ink Factory’s 15th BIRTHDAY! 🎂

Ink Factory was founded on a rainy October day in 2011 (much like today’s weather in Chicago) by co-founders Lindsay Wilson, Dusty Folwarczny, and Ryan Robinson.

We’ve grown from three co-founders to a team of 17 full-time artists, project managers, and admin staff. We couldn’t be prouder of where we’ve been over the last 15 years, and on that October day in 2011, we never could have dreamt of the experiences we’d had.

The last 15 years have been a wonderful, beautiful ride.

From the clients that continue to choose Ink Factory, to the supporters who cheer us on from the sidelines, to the ever-growing visual note-taking community, you have our endless gratitude.

Ink Factory is a Chicago-based, women- and LGBTQ-owned visual note-taking studio, and we're turning 15 on October 15th!

What started as 3 co-founders is now a team of 17 full-time artists, project managers, and strategists. Our artists have traveled all over the world drawing ideas for everyone from grassroots nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies.

What do we do? We believe important ideas reach their full potential through the power of drawing. Your ideas deserve to be seen, not just heard.

Our services include virtual and in-person visual notes, event activations, custom illustrations, hand-drawn videos, and workshops.
