Follow along as I finish some seps for a customer. I reallllly like doing seps. So cathartic. DM if you need seps done or are interested in attending a master class on seps and printing sim process.

Wondering when to change your squeegees? It’s not as simple as twice a year. Lots of variables. But one thing I always look for is how clean is my screen after the print stroke? If you are starting to see a film left in the screen and you can wipe it onto your finger, time to change. First pic is new blade, second is old. #screenprinting #screenprint #texsourceindiana #screenprinter #texsource by @inkologist_texsource

Installed an auto coater recently for @jupmode to help with consistent screens. Consistency=repeatability….the core fundamental for screen printing. This is best and most affordable piece of automation any shop can get. Want consistent, perfect screens? Look at investing in an auto coater!#screenprinting #screenprint #texsourceindiana #screenprinter by @inkologist_texsource

I spend a lot of time in hotels traveling for my day job, so I'm opening up my freelance work again. Are you in need of a consistent separator or production art and seps? Why not have an actual experienced printer do them instead of someone in an office who's never printed a shirt before? There's lots of nuances to screen printing, and having someone that knows how art will print and can actually provide printing advice with the seps is invaluable. DM me for info if you would like to work together. #screenprinting #screenprint #photoshop #colorseparations #screenprintlife by @inkologist_texsource
