Love is the bridge between you & everything. Begin your Inner&Outer Journey through Art, Music, Nature & Wellness
📍Cappadocia, 18-23 August 2027

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In Cappadocia, we discovered the outer beauty of an ancient land while journeying into our inner worlds; through extraordinary wellness practices held in ancient churches, caves, valleys, and landscapes that have carried stories for centuries.

Journey of Love was a reminder that transformation can happen when we slow down, connect, and allow a place to reveal something within us.

As Rumi said; The universe is not outside of you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you already are. #Rumi

A heartfelt thank to @goturkiye & @gocappadocia for the support and for opening special venues that allowed us to create these transformative experiences in places beyond the ordinary. 🤍 taken in Cappadocia, Turkey by @innerandouterjourney

This is the Inner and Outer Journey.
A celebration of being.
A return to LOVE ✨

Here, in the heart of Cappadocia,
we remembered the simple gift of being.
Breathing as one.
Moving with the rhythm the heart already knows.

And now, the journey deepens 🌞
Journey of Love 2026
is calling us back
to walk a little softer
to listen a little closer
to meet again
in the rhythm of LOVE ✨

The Whirling is not simply movement.
It is a prayer in motion.
It is surrender.
It is a journey to the heart.
A turning away from the self,
and a turning toward Love.
🌀

One hand reaches to the heaven,
one hand gives to the earth.

As we turn, we remember
what the heart has always known:

We are not separate from LOVE.
We are part of it ❤️

Guided by @alperakcaytr & @navadance,
with @nasiri.music Nasiri carrying the rhythm of the heart, we experienced universal language of LOVE.

Happy birthday to @pina.baran.nurlu ☀️❤️

Our Founding member. Musician. Volunteer manager. Heart-holder. Creator. And so many talents that words can hardly contain.

This journey simply couldn’t be what it is without you.

You have been there from the beginning — giving your energy, your music, your time, and most importantly, your heart.

Today, we celebrate YOU.

May your music keep opening hearts, your light keep guiding others, and your spirit keep dancing freely.

We are as one with the infinite sun. ☀️

Happy birthday, Pina.
With love, always. ❤️ by @innerandouterjourney

One month passed, and we still carry the memories of secret valleys, healing experiences in ancient caves, long-table dinners, dance nights filled with love and connection, healing with horses, and riding through the magical landscapes… So many moments that words and pictures could never fully capture.

Journey of LOVE reminded us of many things.

But perhaps the most beautiful one:

WE ARE LOVE.

Every journey, no matter where it takes us, is a journey back to ourselves.
Back to the heart.
Back to love. ❤️

Majnoon – THE TRILOGY | Live in Cappadocia | Inner & Outer Journey

There are moments when music is no longer something you listen to.

It becomes something you walk through.

The Trilogy is a contemporary cultural performance that explores the waves of human existence our highs, our lows, our silence, and the moments when our heartbeat becomes the only truth.

This film was captured in the timeless landscape of Cappadocia, where nature became the stage and every stone became part of the story.

There was no separation between the performers, the audience, and the land.

Only one shared journey.

A heartfelt thank you to Inner & Outer Journey for creating the vision and bringing together a community where music, nature, and human connection could exist as one.

This is not just a performance.

It is an invitation.

Take a deep breath.

Leave the outside world behind.

And allow yourself to become part of the journey.

THE TRILOGY

Ancient Memory.
Contemporary Sound.
One Shared Journey.

When sound, energy, nature, and human presence move in harmony, something extraordinary naturally arises. ✨

As the wind moved through the valley and birds echoed beyond the ancient stone walls, @cecilie.stabell guided a deeply immersive Sound Healing journey while @bensedabeyaz channelled Reiki, opening a field for restoration, presence, and inner connection. And @bsarizi ’s handcrafted monochord filled the sanctuary with rich, resonant frequencies. 💫

Together, we became part of the same living resonance. 🌞

The HE❤️ART Painting Ritual: A blank canvas became a meeting place for presence, play, and connection.💫

With every colour, every movement, and every shared moment, we remembered that the deepest art is created not on the canvas, but between us.✨

With gratitude to @heitschgallery , @poetcalledl , and everyone who brought their hearts to this beautiful experience.🌞

Through the timeless beauty of Love Valley, we walked together in silence, stories, and presence. Between ancient stone formations and endless skies, we remembered that sometimes the path itself is the destination.✨

Guided by the @poetcalledl poem, each step became an invitation to listen more deeply to the land, to one another, and to the quiet wisdom within. 💫

Some journeys begin with a single breath.✨

Within the timeless walls of Eleni Church, our inner and outer worlds gently met. Breath became remembrance, sound became prayer, and every heart found its way back to the same silence.💫

Deep gratitude to @cansudurucan for holding the breath journey, to @nasiri.music for weaving the soundscape, and to every soul who shared this sacred space.

What we seek has always been within. 🤎
