One of the biggest things I have come to learn is that sometimes we don’t need another podcast, another book or another motivational quote… We simply need clarity. A safe space to pause and process. To untangle what’s really going on beneath the surface. That’s why, for the months of August, I’m opening up FREE 20-minute Clarity Calls. These aren’t coaching sessions. They’re simply a chance for us to explore where you are, what’s keeping you stuck, and whether coaching is the right next step for you. During our call we’ll: - Gain clarity on your current season. - Identify what’s holding you back. - Talk through any goals and expectations. - Explore which coaching pathway (if any) would best support you. If coaching isn’t the right fit, that’s absolutely okay too. My heart is simply to help you leave with greater clarity than you came with. If you’ve been feeling stuck… Overwhelmed… Unsure what your next step is… This could be the conversation you’ve been needing. 🤍 Booking is completely free, but spaces are limited. If you’ve been searching for: - Emotional healing - Identity coaching - Faith based coaching - Confidence + Purpose coaching - Personal growth Comment CLARITY below or send me a DM to book your free session. I’d love to meet you. Jade Tendo The Emotional Wellness Coach by @innergardencollective

Sometimes the deepest wound isn’t what happened to you. It’s what you came to believe about yourself because of it. The experience may have ended years ago, but its impact can quietly follow you into places you never expected. Into your relationships. Into your marriage. Into how you respond to conflict. Into your ability to trust, receive love and feel safe. You may have moved on physically, but emotionally, parts of you may still be responding from the place where you were wounded. This is why healing requires more than simply moving forward. It requires us to become curious about what stayed. The beliefs we formed. The fears we normalised. The coping mechanisms that once protected us but may now be limiting us. One thing I’ve learnt through my own healing journey is that you can leave an environment and still carry the emotional imprint of what happened there. But what was learnt in survival can be gently unlearnt in healing. And with God, we can begin to rewrite the narratives we’ve lived by for years. 🤎 A reflection from my book, Nursing the Wound. Let me ask you: Have you ever realised that something you thought was part of your personality was actually a response to something you experienced? Let’s talk in the comments. 🤎 by @innergardencollective
Sometimes you’re not just tired. You’re emotionally exhausted from everything you’ve been carrying. And the hardest part? You’ve become so accustomed to functioning in survival mode that you don’t even recognise when you’re running on empty. You keep showing up. You keep giving. You keep pushing through. And somewhere along the way, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly rest. But here’s something I want you to remember: Just because you’ve learnt how to carry it doesn’t mean it isn’t heavy. Emotional exhaustion is often the result of years of unprocessed emotions, unmet needs, suppressed feelings and patterns you’ve developed just to keep going. And sometimes, what you need isn’t another day off. It’s a safe space to pause, process and begin addressing what’s happening beneath the surface. Tonight in THC We’re creating space for women who are ready to stop simply surviving and start being intentional about their future! A space to reflect, unpack, grow and begin doing the inner work, together. You don’t have to wait until you’re completely depleted to give yourself permission to heal and thrive! If this post resonates with you, consider this your invitation. 🤎Join us for tonight’s Healing Circle call! DM “HEALING CIRCLE” for the sign-up details. Save this post as a reminder that your emotional wellbeing deserves your attention, too. by @innergardencollective
This month’s Healing Circle with @isaactendo was such a powerful reminder that what happened to you does not have permission to define who you become. The healed become builders. The restored become restorers. Swipe through for a few key takeaways from the evening. Want to be in the know for the next Healing Circle Call? Ladies, It’s Healing Circle Day and this month, we’re having a very important conversation. Today we’ll be joined by special guest @isaactendo for: THE EMERGING WOMAN — Healed to Become. Healing isn’t only about recovering from what happened to you. It’s also about becoming the woman you now have the capacity to be. This conversation is for the woman who can sense that she is changing. Her standards are changing. Her relationships are changing. The way she sees herself is changing. And she’s learning how to move forward healed, whole and aligned with who God is calling her to become. And this month, we’re opening a few taster spaces. If you’ve been watching @innergardencollective from the outside, wondering what to expect, this is your opportunity to experience The Healing Circle in full effect. 📅 Today — 21.09.26 ⏰ 7:00PM (GMT) / 2:00PM (EST) 💻 Online via Google Meet 🌿 A limited number of taster spaces available If you’re already in the community, check the community chat for the full announcement and details. There is a version of you that will be grateful you didn’t keep abandoning yourself just to survive. Healing doesn’t always begin with a breakthrough. Sometimes it just begins with a decision. A decision to: • To stop avoiding what hurts. • To get curious about your patterns. • To acknowledge what you’ve carried. • To give yourself permission to deal with the deep things. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin. You just have to be willing to meet the parts of yourself you’ve spent years running from. Your future self isn’t asking you to be perfect. She’s simply praying you choose to heal. Save this for the days when going backwards feels easier than growing forward. by @innergardencollective
What if rest is actually part of your healing? We talk a lot about doing the work. Processing, Reflecting, Praying, Growing, Becoming. But there comes a point in the healing journey where God may not be asking you to do anything else. He may be asking you to trust Him. Trust what He’s already doing. And to trust the process — even when you can’t see progress yet. Sometimes, constantly trying to check whether you’ve healed can become another form of striving. Today’s conversation inside The Healing Circle is about rest, healing & learning to trust the process. Maybe healing isn’t always found in doing more. Maybe sometimes, it’s found in finally allowing yourself to rest. If you find yourself wondering, “Well how do I intentionally rest?” — This Healing Circle Call may be where you discover just how to heal through rest. Inside you’ll receive: • Monthly live Healing Circle calls • Weekly themed healing conversations • Faith-led emotional wellness tools • Reflection prompts & practical exercises • Gentle accountability and community support We intentionally keep the circle intimate so there is room to go deeper, be seen, and genuinely journey together. There are ONLY 4 SPACES LEFT. If you feel ready to go deeper in your healing journey, click the link in my bio to join The Healing Circle. 🤍 by @innergardencollective
You can know the language of healing and still be living from survival. You can have boundaries. Know your triggers. Talk about nervous-system regulation. Understand your childhood. And still have patterns that are quietly protecting you from being vulnerable. Sometimes hyper-independence sounds like: “I’m fine. I’ll figure it out myself.” Emotional avoidance can look like staying productive because: “If I keep moving, I don’t have to think about it.” Intellectualising can sound like: “I know exactly why I’m like this.” While never actually allowing yourself to feel what’s underneath. Emotional suppression can sound like: “Honestly, I’m over it.” While your body is still carrying the tension. People-pleasing can sound like: “It’s fine. Whatever works for everyone else.” Even when it doesn’t work for you. And control can sound like: “I just like knowing what’s happening.” When underneath it is a fear of being caught off guard again. That’s why healing isn’t only about learning better language. Sometimes it’s noticing the sentence you’ve repeated for years… and getting curious about what it has been protecting. The goal isn’t to judge the version of you that learned how to survive. It’s understanding her. Giving her grace. And inviting God into the places you once thought you had to manage alone. Because God isn’t only interested in helping us function better. He desires for us to be whole. So yes… Kinda chic to get curious. Kinda chic to receive support. Kinda chic to feel what you’ve been avoiding. Kinda chic to go to therapy. Kinda chic to heal. 🤎 Healing is Holy work too. by @innergardencollective
One of the greatest gifts you can give your children isn’t perfection — It’s your willingness to heal. Have you ever caught yourself reacting in a way you promised you never would? Raising your voice… Feeling guilty for resting… Finding it difficult to apologise… Becoming overwhelmed by things that seem small… Most of us assume those moments are simply part of parenting. But what if they’re revealing something deeper? For years, I thought healing was about me. Then I realised it was more than that— it was shaping the kind of mother my children would experience. Healing began to teach me to pause instead of react. To choose connection over correction. To apologise without shame. To parent from peace instead of survival. And one thing I’ve been learning is this: Every step you take towards healing becomes part of what your children inherit. Because children don’t just inherit physical things… They inherit emotional things too… they inherit what feels “normal”. The way we handle conflict. The way we respond to stress. The way we love. The way we repair after we’ve caused hurt. That’s why your healing matters. Not because you’re trying to become a perfect mother. But because you’re showing your children what healing looks like. 🤍 by @innergardencollective
We often think about inheritance as money, homes, jewellery, traditions or family names. But inheritance is much deeper than that. If we’re not intentional, our children can also inherit the things we never meant to pass on. The way we react under pressure. The anxiety we carry. The fear that keeps us striving. The shame that tells us rest is selfish. The wounds we never stopped long enough to heal. Children don’t simply listen to what we teach. They absorb what we model. The beautiful news is that the opposite is also true. They can inherit emotional safety. Healthy ways to cope. Parents who can apologise. Faith that remains steady in difficult seasons. Homes where boundaries are normal. A legacy of wholeness instead of survival. Healing isn’t just about you. It’s about every generation that comes after you. God isn’t only interested in blessing your family. He’s interested in transforming your family line. May we become the generation that chooses healing over hiding… freedom over fear… and legacy over cycles. Heal for you. Heal for them. Heal for generations to come. 🤍 Save this if you’re committed to building a legacy your children can stand on, not spend their lives recovering from. by @innergardencollective
Have you ever noticed how much power other people’s opinions still have over the way you see yourself? You tell yourself you’ve moved on but one comment can make you question everything. One person failing to acknowledge your growth makes you wonder if you’ve really changed at all. One familiar environment has a way of pulling you back into the version of yourself you’ve worked so hard to leave behind. If that feels familiar, this isn’t just insecurity. It may be people pleasing. Because people pleasing isn’t only about saying “yes” too often. It’s about tying your identity to other people’s recognition. Waiting for someone to notice you’ve changed. Waiting for them to apologise. Waiting for them to finally see the healed version of you. But healing doesn’t become real the moment someone else acknowledges it. It becomes real the moment you stop needing their permission to believe what God has already spoken over your life. Not everyone will recognise the woman you’re becoming. Some people only know the version of you that trauma introduced. Others will keep expecting the version of you that never had boundaries. And some simply won’t understand what healing looks like because they’ve never seen that side of you. That’s okay. God isn’t asking you to convince people you’ve changed. He’s inviting you to keep becoming. To keep evolving. Because the woman He’s forming isn’t built by other people’s approval. She’s built by His truth — by His word. If this found you today, maybe this is your reminder: You don’t need everyone else to recognise what God is doing in you before you start walking like it’s true. Save this for the days you’re tempted to become the old version of yourself just to make other people comfortable. 🤍 by @innergardencollective
