POSTS STORIES REELS

What if you could feel 10 years younger, even after 40?

You want the “recipes to help with weight loss” but the truth is…. You want to live the most purpose driven life and you know your weight is getting in the way.

If you are a woman who knows you need support, but afraid of having to be accountable.

Afraid you won’t be able to follow through or face the parts of yourself you’ve been hiding from for too long.

You want to be the woman who has enough energy to enjoy life as you age but you’re full of stress, exhausted and overwhelmed.

Here’s what you actually want:
✨To wake up and actually feel energized again, like you did in your 20s
✨You want to put on your jeans stop feeling like a “stuffed sausage” (like my client Sarah calls it) and instead, feel sexy again…like you did in that hot little dress you own (you know which one)
✨You want to not only fit your clothes better, but feel like you finally can follow through on putting yourself on the top of your to do list.

Overall, you want to not only look, but feel better.

This is exactly what we cover on your Feel 10 Years Younger Call - and guess what? No 5am workouts

In this Call we are going to:
✅Identify what’s currently blocking you from releasing weight.
✅Map out how to 10x your energy levels right now so you actually feel motivated to eat right and move your body.
✅Walk away with a personalized roadmap so you know exactly what to do next.

I have 3 spots open next week and I am being intentional about who fills them.

Do not wait on this one. You could be feeling better in a matter of days. If this sounds like you, shoot me a DM “feel better” and will send you everything you need to grab your spot. by @innerglowgetter

One of the most powerful phrases that brings you back to self responsibility in your life.

Have you turned a scapegoat around in your life? Would love to hear. by @innerglowgetter

Your past may have shaped you, but it doesn’t have to define what’s possible for you next. ✨

The relationships that didn’t work. The years you put everyone else first. The weight you’ve gained through some difficult times. The dreams you quietly put on hold. The version of you who was simply doing her best to get through it all.

None of it has to determine where you go from here.

Some of the most extraordinary chapters begin when a woman decides she’s ready for MORE.

More energy. More joy. More confidence. More meaningful experiences. And more of herself to give to the world. Which starts with putting yourself first.

Because the greatest impact you make might just begin with the decision to invest in YOU. Your health. Your wellbeing. Your peace.💙

Your best chapters aren’t behind you. They’re yours to create.

If you’ve ever had to rebuild yourself after loving someone who broke you down, leave a ❤️. This one’s for you.

Just because you gave your love to someone who couldn’t love you well doesn’t mean it was wasted.

But years of walking on eggshells, questioning yourself, making yourself smaller just to keep the peace and trying to be enough to an empty soul can leave some pretty deep patterns behind.

That’s the deeper work we do with Inner Glow. Releasing what you’ve carried, breaking the subconscious patterns that are meant to be outgrown and making space for all that love to return in ways you never imagined.

Because what happened to you doesn’t have to shape what happens next. ✨ by @innerglowgetter

Grateful for this week to reconnect with some special humans for some of my own sessions and be here to welcome rainy season.

I decided to expand into some areas that were new for me (when in Ubud!) and …. Well…. holy shit. I love this work I get to explore myself and then transfer onward to support women.

I often finish sessions here and think “this should be national news!”

Whether it be a change in season, financial loss, shift in career, divorce, weight gain, dealing with an addictive partner, trying to step into a purpose… or grieving the loss of a loved one… these are the kinds of sessions I am excited to bring to the world.

One hour can change the trajectory of your perspective, a clearing you didn’t know was possible… an actual upgrade in your life or simply a profound sense of peace… it opens you up to possibilities.

I think the world is waking up to more modalities and I intend to spread the word of these possibilities…. I just need to find the words right now because I’m a little bit at a loss at the moment.

But happily enjoying the rain and current thunder…. 🌧️ and just integrating my own shifts at the moment.
🤯

Hope you are stepping into all of your magic. If you need support from my team of healers, dm me glow. by @innerglowgetter

Following what you’re meant for feels GLORIOUS. ✨

But getting there? Sometimes it feels like one big struggle.

The years of feeling “meh.” Doing everything for everyone else. Carrying extra weight. Wondering why life looks fine on the outside but something feels OFF on the inside.

What if those struggles are simply nudges?

Nudges to turn inward. To give yourself what I call a good old-fashioned HUMAN OIL CHANGE. 😂

To let some shit GOOOO.

The physical weight. The emotional baggage. The grief, self-doubt and old patterns keeping you from a life you actually LOVE.

And no, another gym session, glass of wine or vent session with your girlfriends isn’t always going to cut it.

There are deeper layers. And most of us were never taught how to move through them. And no it’s not sitting there having to re-live childhood wounds either.

I discovered this work over 20 years ago (not meaning to!), and helping women transform from the inside out has become my life’s work.

Because when you nourish your body, clear the emotional clutter and get excited about YOUR future again… WOOO WEEEE. 🔥

That’s when life gets GOOD.

I’ve now guided over 100 women through this process using nutritional cleansing, nourishing food, powerful inner work and purpose-driven practices.

And there is NOTHING I love more than watching a woman remember how good life can feel.

Now it’s your turn.

I’m opening just 3 Inner Glow Transformation PLATINUM spots for women who are ready to:

✨ Release 25+ lbs of physical weight AND the emotional weight they’ve been carrying.

✨ Reclaim their energy, confidence and zest for life.

✨ Get clear on what THEY want and start creating a life they’re wildly excited about.

We begin in January for 6 months and come together for an intimate 4-day immersive retreat in Nordegg this March.

If you’re ready to feel more ALIVE than you have in decades…

Someone found their purpose @breathing_cold 😍🤗😛 by @innerglowgetter

Because you can eat all the right foods, take all the supplements, and do all the things to feel better… but if you’re still waking up with the same thoughts, carrying the same emotional weight, and repeating the same patterns, you’re going to keep getting more of the same.

Same goes for your dreams, your business, and your relationships. 🫶

The body that’s exhausted, inflamed, and running on empty.

And the mind that’s been stuck in survival mode, overthinking, people-pleasing, hanging onto grief and replaying the past.

You can’t get the result you’re wanting by continually reliving not having it my love. ✨

That’s why we support both.

We’ll be going over this at my 10x your energy workshop coming up in November. Stay posted. by @innerglowgetter

Crazy sh*t went down in Bali.

I sometimes wonder what people think takes place when women gather in Bali… crying in circles, screaming out trauma, or maybe singing koombaya… or drinking some kind of jamu Koolade and dancing around naked under the moonlight. (Hmmm maybe next time… 🤔)

I watched women shed tears of joy because they haven’t laughed so hard since they were a kid.

I watched a woman go from not feeling comfortable naked around her husband for YEARS to saying she can’t wait to get home, turn the lights on, and run around naked… because she’s never loved her body more than she does right now. ❤️

One woman’s eyes lit up so brightly in remembrance that her life IS in fact a beautiful unfoldment of synchronicities designed to guide her path to her greatest outcome and that her divorce was a perfect part of that plan…. She made peace with the pain of her last few years and even got a tattoo to commemorate her newfound awareness.

I witnessed pure joy and freedom from women who finally released the resentment and ties to narcissistic exes.

I saw women recognize that choosing themselves IS how they show up as a better mother and partner in their marriages.

Grief was finally felt for a woman who lost a close friend in the last few years as she’s been too busy holding everything together for her family and aging mother.

And most importantly I saw every women leave touched by the soul of the Balinese culture and people and their ways of being. Just a little more relac. 🫶 by @innerglowgetter

An ancient Balinese ritual of purification, prayer, and renewal. 🌺💦 This year has been extra special with some incredible things in my life… I love sharing the rituals that have brought me through some much deeper challenges in my past. Water purification in Bali being one of them.

A beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and symbolically wash away what no longer serves us. Releasing old stories, stagnant energy, and emotional weight while welcoming greater clarity, peace, and intention.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is surrender what we’ve been carrying and make space for something new.

A lot of residue from past toxic relationships, grief, being caregivers, uncertainty, heart ache or simply over doing and under self nourishing is washed away in the water….

Some profound moments take place here. What you refuse to release on an inner level will continue to take shape as your future. The Balinese so beautifully bring ceremony into their lives to live more joyfully and at peace.

Release. Renew…. Receive. 🙏✨ by @innerglowgetter
