The Art of Meditation Solstice Immersion Day

There’s so much I could say about this day, including the magic of the location (which I’m still processing). But for now I just want to offer a glimpse into our time together, as we gathered to close our 21-day journey. And to say that above anything else, this was a day of soul-to-soul connection, embodied presence, unconditional love and reverence for life.

Those who couldn’t be with us in-person tuned in online, and I feel so blessed to have spent 21 days of practice with such beautiful beings.

I feel deeply grateful to share this work.

More from our final day soon. There are so many beautiful videos and I’ll eventually make a reel. Thank you as always @sofia.georgio for capturing the magic. Appreciate you 💛

The next Art of Meditation journey will be in December. To view all upcoming courses, click the link in my bio.

BIG LOVE X by @innerlanding

The Art of Meditation is back this June 🙌🏽
A quiet anchor. A return to self. A path I’m always honoured to share

Over 21 days, we move together in the lead up to the Summer Solstice, the portal of light, clarity, and renewal. It’s a powerful time to commit to practice, to steady the mind, and to reconnect with what matters.

This journey is for anyone wanting to deepen their personal practice, explore the roots of meditation, and feel more confident holding space for yourself and others.

Spring reflection prompts:

🌼 What is quietly wanting to emerge in me right now?

🌼 Where can I allow growth to be slow rather than forced?

🌼 If I trusted my own timing, what would change?

🌼 What helps me feel supported when I don’t know what’s next?

🌼 If I didn’t rush this season, what might it offer me? by @innerlanding
