Officially a certified Pilates Sculpt instructor 🥳 A little reminder that you don’t have to choose between building a career and taking care of yourself. By day, I’m a corporate girl but movement has always been the thing that brings me back to me. It’s how I reset, build confidence, and reconnect with myself after long days. Now I get to help other people find that feeling too and I couldn’t be more excited. Here’s to moving with intention, feeling strong, and proving you really can do both. See you on the mat ❤️‍🔥

Hi friends 🫶🏼 I’m Bre. By day, I work in tech sales and somewhere in between all the meetings, emails, and deadlines, I became a pilates & yoga sculpt instructor in training. I spend my days chasing quotas, sitting in meetings, and living in spreadsheets. Pilates became the part of my day that kept me sane. This page isn’t about having a perfect routine or making wellness your whole personality. It’s about moving your body, feeling strong, managing the chaos a little better, and proving you don’t need two free hours a day to take care of yourself. You’ll find routines, realistic wellness, and a little bit of career life mixed in. Basically, everything that’s helped me feel like myself again. Glad you’re here❤️‍🔥 by @innerrhythmwithbre
