2 months ago today we set sail to one of the most remote places on earth to attempt something that most people might of considered impossible.I remember almost 1 year ago when this idea was a dream with the hope that one day it could become possible. After countless conversations, phone calls, waiting for permits and figuring out logistics that dream became a reality. I remember almost everyday with @connor.emeny @alexander_emeny and @david_cossio we had to take a moment to appreciate how we made it to this incredible place. Finally making the time to sift through some of the footage from this incredible trip and excited to share more with you soon. by @innes_simpson

Last fall @brendankeck_ and I were able to shoot off into the interior of BC for a couple of days and hit some epic spots right before winter settled in. by @innes_simpson

Thanks to the wonderful team at @elemvancouver for teaming up to host a “Welcome Back to Vancouver” surprise lunch for @mettaworldpeace37 🏀 And shoutout to my crazy talented friend @innes_simpson for capturing some snippets from the afternoon. We hosted the event during the heat of the 2026 NBA Finals (Game 3) and to see Metta making jokes and predictions at the front made everyone smile. For those that don’t know, Metta played 17 seasons in the NBA and during that time, played on the court with some of the great legends of our time. He won a NBA championship in 2010 with Kobe Bryant and the Los Angles Lakers. Lebron James had famously said Metta was one of the top defenders he’s played against. And in 2010, Metta became one of the first NBA players to talk about Mental Health openly in a post game interview and actually auctioned off his championship ring to mental health charities. It all goes to say, Metta’s got a fascinating life story. And sometimes when people have interesting life stories, you gotta hear them over great food with great people. Tallinn, Estonia. 10/10 would recommend and go again.From the medieval restaurants and archery ranges to the preserved architecture of old town and saunas by the Baltic sea, this city has been nothing short of a blast from the past with a modern twist. by @innes_simpson

The two things I’m most grateful for from competing at worlds is to be able to share this experience with my close friends and family while also having the opportunity to push myself into different places physically and mentally.I learnt that life can be incredibly comfortable if you let it.This can be a good thing, but it also means you won’t ever know what you are actually capable of if you don’t strive for something that requires you to show up again and again especially on the days when you don’t feel like it because you’ll never meet the strongest version of yourself living the easiest version of your life. So do more hard shit with people you care about and make some great memories along the way. Huge shoutout to @adidastraining & @fabo_coach for making this trip as good as it was.@talitywellness for the best weekly recovery rituals. @connor.emeny for raising the bar and making sure it’s always just out of reach so I keep on striving. by @innes_simpson

Stockholm Hyrox Worlds 🇸🇪⚔️Turns out good vibes isn’t an official scoring category but the epic thing about this competition is that it doesn’t lie. It exposes your weaknesses, gives you lessons you couldn’t learn any other way. Despite the outcome and getting very humbled, we had an unreal weekend. We raced alongside some of the best in the world, connected with old and new friends and had one of the best support teams out there. Cheers to @adidastraining for connecting us to some of the best athletes in the world and @connor.emeny for always bringing the vibes. Next up: @farcorners.tours Mountain Marathon. Shut up legs.
