Proud parent moment today — Marlee lined up for her first ever 1km at the Frankston Running festival and gave it everything. Watching her confidence grow step by step was the best part. 🏃‍♀️✨ by @inputhealthhub

Its time to put you first. by @inputhealthhub

“Absolutely amazing gym! The trainers and the people here are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals.

The facilities are also absolutely schmick! A massive shout-out to Emily, Bel and Tahlia.

Through a combination of HIIT, weights and reformer Pilates, these legends helped me take 44 minutes off my marathon time and achieve a 19-minute PB. Their knowledge, encouragement and ability to push me when I needed it made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t have achieved these results without them.
Amazing trainers, awesome people, great facilities and, most importantly, real results. It really is my home away from home.” – Kipley

Thank you for the kind words, Kip, and huge congrats on the PB. We’re so proud of you. by @inputhealthhub
