Postcard from Sète 💌🇫🇷

As a German, going on vacation in Germany never really felt like a vacation to me. Now, even after more than four years of living in France, I still can’t get enough of this country.

Sète had been on my list for a while, and it did not disappoint: tasty sea food, endless beaches, colorful streets, and that laid-back Mediterranean feeling..

In theory, you can get there from Paris in about four hours by train. We chose to drive instead, visiting family along the way and making the journey part of the adventure.

Merci, Sète. J’y retournerai ! by @insainparis

Cheers to 2026! Ending the year eating oysters in St. Malo with my little family. My heart is full.

2025 was such a wild ride in the most beautiful way. Here’s a little rewind ⏪

Some seasons are made for change... 🍁

Late October light.
The air a little colder.
Paris quietly exhaling.

The leaves falling, shedding what they no longer need. Not ending. Not beginning yet. Just… shifting.

That’s how I’ve felt lately – somewhere in-between. Between what was and what’s next. Between wrapping up and starting over.

This year has changed me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Becoming a mom brought so much love, bliss – and a new sense of direction.

And while still in that new-mom bubble, an opportunity came along that I just couldn’t say no to.
One that feels like everything I’ve been manifesting since I moved to Paris. One that will get me out of my comfort zone... again ✨

I’ll share the news very soon. Until then, just a quick hi from the in-between.

Grateful. Grounded. Getting ready.

I’m not gonna lie, I was a bit emotional today. And I missed my baby the whole time… guess that’s my new normal now by @insainparis

In awe of the female body… pregnancy week 4-40 / postpartum week 4 ✨

I’m still healing and not working out until 6 weeks after giving birth, but I’m feeling so much better already. It’s so beautiful how the female body can create life – and then go back to normal relatively quickly. What a journey!

One week with you… L ❤️ by @insainparis

The 3rd trimester has been good to me. In a way it felt like the calm before the storm; like a deep breath before everything changes. Now it’s just 5 days until the due date… Ready when you are, little one 💙

Missing this… I love being pregnant. I really do. But I also miss running 🥲

I stopped running at around 4 or 5 months pregnant because it just didn’t feel great. I felt heavier (duh) and I had a harder time breathing.

I’m still trying to stay active, doing walks, Yoga and Pilates… but it’s just not the same.

Can’t wait to take our baby boy for a stroller run, soon! 5 weeks to go…💙
