I’ve never installed wallpaper before, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with this find.

The trees. The cranes. The birds. Every detail feels intentional.

When my sister passed, a 4-foot crane appeared on the day of her celebration of life. It was one of those moments that stays with you forever. Since then, cranes have become deeply meaningful to me, so bringing them into my home feels incredibly special.

This new chapter has taught me that the most beautiful spaces aren’t just well designed—they’re deeply personal.

I have a feeling this wallpaper is going to completely transform this room, and I can’t wait to share the finished space with you. 🤍

Bedroom Progress 🤍
This room is slowly becoming one of my favorite spaces in the house.
It took me a while to find the right bed—very much a Goldilocks situation—but the moment I saw this one, I knew. I’m completely obsessed.
One thing this home is teaching me is that beautiful spaces don’t have to happen all at once. I’m creating this room thoughtfully, one piece at a time and yes, on a budget.
For me, creating a home has never been about filling a space quickly. It’s about layering pieces with intention, mixing old with new, and choosing things that have meaning.
Next up: curtains, my grandmother’s painting finally finding its place, and a few more layers to bring the vision to life.
Wallpaper and a chandelier are still on the horizon—that’s Phase 4. ✨

For now, I’m enjoying the progress, trusting the process, and grateful for how far this room has come.

Coffee in hand and headed to work. ☕️

A good trench coat I fell in love with from H&M—oversized, classic, and one of those pieces that instantly pulls everything together.

And black and white? If not the most important combination in a wardrobe, it’s certainly one of them. Always chic. Always polished.

Even down to the Starbucks cup. 🤍

If it’s a vintage accessory, I almost always say yes. ✨
When I’m wearing black, it’s the accessories that tell the story. A great vintage belt, a timeless brooch, a piece that’s lived a life before finding its way to you—that’s where the magic is. Both are from my little corner of the world, @moodvtg. 🤍

3 months in and I’m finally starting to feel it… 🤍

This space taught me patience—especially finding the table. The first one was too small, and I knew I had to wait for the one that felt just right.

That’s the thing about creating a home… you don’t rush it. You listen, you layer, you let it come together.

And slowly… it does.

I had an amazing weekend celebrating another year of life. I’m so grateful to have spent it with women who love me deeply and genuinely.

Every step I’ve taken lately feels led. I’m walking into this year trusting God and excited for what He is doing in my life — in this moment, tomorrow, and in the future.

Life really does get better with wisdom, faith, and the right people beside you.

Here’s to 41… walking boldly in purpose and trusting every step God has already ordered.

Getting ready for my birthday dinner last night and reflecting a little.

I’ve been feeling God nudge me to share more of my story… even when my introverted side wants to stay quiet.

For a long time I carried mindsets and shame about past versions of myself, but through faith and time in His word, God has been renewing my mind in ways I never imagined.

I’m learning that a light isn’t meant to be hidden.

So even when vulnerability feels uncomfortable, I’m choosing growth. My hope is that sharing pieces of my journey might encourage someone else — especially other single moms walking their own path.

And truly… everything is by the grace of God.
Beyond the makeup and the cute birthday moments, I wouldn’t be here without Him.
